what is a skinny healthy weight for a 15 year old who is 5"7

skinny but healthy is about like 125-135 but normal is 135...but body fat % really matters more then weight...you could weigh a lot and have a lot of msucle and low body fat which is better then weighing a lot and having high body fat. Because fat weighs less then muscle. Your body fat should be under 26%
