Because of your age and the weight that you are it is very important to Talk to Your Doctor About Sensible Goals.
Your doctor or other health worker can help you set sensible goals based on a proper weight for your height, build and age.
Men and very active women may need up to 2,500 calories daily. Other women and inactive men need only about 2,000 calories daily. A safe plan is to eat 300 to 500 fewer calories a day to lose 1 to 2 pounds a week.
Do at least 30 minutes of exercise, like brisk walking, most days of the week.
The idea is to use up more calories than you eat. You need to use up the day's calories and some of the calories stored in your body fat.
Tips for Cutting Calories and Fat
Eat plenty of vegetables, fruits, and grain products like bread and rice.
Eat only small, single servings of foods high in fat or calories.
Eat less sugar and fewer sweets.
Choose foods whose labels say low, light or reduced to describe calories or fat.
Choose 1 percent or skim milk products and reduced fat cheeses.
Replace ice cream with fat-free frozen yogurt.
Replace sour cream with fat-free or low-fat plain yogurt.
Make sure fish, poultry and meat are lean. Trim skin and fat.
Broil, roast or steam foods.

Doing leg lifts, which are when you go on all 4's, and bend your leg to about a 40 degree angle and lift it up and down. Doing these for about 15 min. a day, consecuativly, will trim your love handles.
But personally, i think if your bf is going to dump you because you have love handles, you arn't in a healthy relashionship. I'm sure you look fine the way you are!

proactive works for me but if you don't have the money for it try saving up. Umnm lets see the only thing i could recommend for you besides Proactive would have to be stridex day and night. It's the only product that i have gotton from a pharmacy that has worked.

Otherwise then that i can give you some helpful tips on how to control your acne
1. Cleanse only two or three times at the very most with a product made for your skin type
2. Drink lots of water
3. Don't skip sunscreen. Many women with oily skin foregot face lotion. But everyone, no matter what her skin type, needs sunscreen. Use a gel SPF formula.
4. Avoid moisturizing makeup. Foundation for older skin is usually formulated to be moisturizing, which means it contains oils and humectants that your skin doesn't need. Instead, choose an oil-free foundation.
5. change your pill case every two days, so that all the dirt won't be put back on your face everynight.

Dark circles are famously annoying and unfortunately, there's no way to get rid of them. However, you can cover them up with the proper concealer. I suspect you are not using the correct color. I strongly suggest you test out the makeup counters at your local department store and see what works for you. Tell the makeup artists you are looking to correct the undereye circles and are testing several different types before purchase. A great place to try out concealers is Sephora.

Ok. First of all I'm pretty sure your not pregnant because you just had sex yesterday and even if you were you wouldn't be getting sick until two weeks after having sex. But don't think just because you used a condom and the pill that you can't get pregnant because there is always a small chance. Since you used a condom i don't really think you have any kind of desease. But to be on the safe side just go to the doctors. Maybe you just got sick, and it has nothing to do with you having sex! have you thought of that! I'm pretty sure there's nothing to worry about!

Well i really like the way your hair looks now but you should try getting layers. I always get layers and it looks great. It's up to you though how short you want your layers. I think you should go up to you shoulders. About the color just add some blonde highlights. A different color blonde then your natural hair color. A more lighter blonde would be hot!
