ok so today my bf fingered me a little too hard and i thought that maybe he could have cut me but i didnt think anything about it till later on when i got my period and noticed that the blood was darker than usual...i dont if somehting wrong or not

No i don't think there's anything wrong.
I honestly think it's all in your head.
He most likely just cut you like you said yourself. Next time ask him to be a little more easy, and not go as fast.
