There are alot of great acne medications out there, actually. Proactive, noxema, clearasil. Shop around at drug stores and try different things. Dont try them all within a week though because that could make your skin irritated and dry. Check the labels to see if theres anything your allergic too, and if not than buy it =). If none of that works then just try washing your face at least 3 times a day or so. When your a teenager, your face becomes more greasy and oily than usual, so just make sure to keep it clean. Hope things work out xoxo!

I try a product called ZytZap or something like that it works good.
If all products you use fail, try seeing a doctor, they will find what will work best for your skin.

try using noxema it's a triple cleaning astrigent that i've used & it stings for like 2 seconds then it's working.... && also you could try ProActive... alot of people say that's worked. Also... when putting on make-up... try to go light on it for a couple days... & if you dont wear make-up.... keep your hair out of your face & use some cleaning astrigent.

hope i helped.

First, you can try an acne treatment in the drug stores and find out if it works for you. Make sure your not allergic to any of the ingredients because often they have special stuff and it might make it worst. So try that. If none of it seems to work, try a dermitoligest. They can tell you what kind of acne you have and how bad it is and what they recommend.

HOPE I HELPED && GO0D LUCK!

Ok, I have the same problem. If you drink a lot of soda, gradually, cut it down to at least, a can a day or cup because soda makes me break out. Also, dont eat a lot of chocolate because that will do the same. You could use stridex, and if you cant find anything in the stores to help you, you could go to your doctor and ask for a prescription medicine for an acne cream. Thats what i did and mine cleared up a lot! Hope I helped and if you have anymore questions, drop one in my inbox!!

Informant_Girl answered Wednesday August 10 2005, 10:19 am:
I'm guessing you're in your teen years? Acne is perfectly normal for teenagers because of the flux of hormones through the body and despite what you may hear, there's no one definitive cause. that being said, you can try to decrease your intake of fatty and sugary foods (these help feed the bacteria that cause acne) and keep your face clean - not too clean, because that will strip it of its natural oils, which is also harmful. don't touch your face with dirty hands and avoid those oil absorbing sheets, if you use them, they're actually a big culprit. choose a facial soap suitable for your skin type (consult a professional) and avoid using a mixture of many different products. the reaction between them and your skin may actually increase the acne. Finally, even if you do all this, you may STILL have acne - it just happens sometimes. If you're bothered, consult a health professional. Otherwise, just keep yourself clean and rest assured, it'll clear up in its own time.

Wash your face at least two times a day. After you wash it, use oxy or what ever brand of alcahol pads. only put it on where the acne is. do this every day. if you don't it won't work. I hope I helped, and remember, my inbox is always open. You don't have to rate if you don't want to, but it would be nice if you did. Thanks!

♥ I would go to the dermatologist. I know your acne doesnt sound bad but you should still go. I also would use stridex pads because those seem to work & i think htey are normally for people who dont have that much acne. Hope i helped!

I've found that foaming antibacterial soap from Dial works, in a combination with Oxy pads works quite well. Also, use an exfoliating scrub on your face at least once every two days. My face used to break out horribly until I started this cheap, but effective method.

Good luck!

You can always try going to a Dermatologist. And try different pads like Olay, Stridex, or Nutrogena. And don't wear make up for a little while.

Hey

proactive works for me but if you don't have the money for it try saving up. Umnm lets see the only thing i could recommend for you besides Proactive would have to be stridex day and night. It's the only product that i have gotton from a pharmacy that has worked.

If you go here: [Link](Mouse over link to see full location)

You'll see what it looks like if you already dont know.
Otherwise then that i can give you some helpful tips on how to control your acne

1. Cleanse only two or three times at the very most with a product made for your skin type

2. Drink lots of water

3. Don't skip sunscreen. Many women with oily skin foregot face lotion. But everyone, no matter what her skin type, needs sunscreen. Use a gel SPF formula.

4. Avoid moisturizing makeup. Foundation for older skin is usually formulated to be moisturizing, which means it contains oils and humectants that your skin doesn't need. Instead, choose an oil-free foundation.

5. change your pill case every two days, so that all the dirt won't be put back on your face everynight.

Well i have LOTS more tips and ideas. If you want any of them just comment my inbox.

hope i helped
