xO_aLex_xO answered Wednesday August 10 2005, 3:29 am: drink lots and lots of water and eat lots of veggies and try and run 3-5 miles a day 4 times a week(eventually work up to like 6 miles...) weigt training and the EFX machine and also try to make portions smaller and hold off on snacking!

It's not hard most people just don't do it because there lazy and thats why there not going to lose any weight. If your actually really wanting to shed some pounds then do it.
