eat healthy stuff. DONT eat fast food. and exercise 2-3 times a day. goodluck ♥ Brittany ]
drink lots and lots of water and eat lots of veggies and try and run 3-5 miles a day 4 times a week(eventually work up to like 6 miles...) weigt training and the EFX machine and also try to make portions smaller and hold off on snacking!

Try exercising and eating healthy. It's not hard most people just don't do it because there lazy and thats why there not going to lose any weight. If your actually really wanting to shed some pounds then do it. And eating protein shakes really do help. ]
