My name is Teza.. short for Tereza. I was born in Croatia and I speak more than one language. I'm 22 years old & I completed 2 college degrees in 3 years. My a bachelors is in Business Administration concentration in Human Resources and my Masters degree is also in HR.



I started this advice column about 9years ago and I was so young but it was something that I always loved to do. I am trying to get back to answering questions, at least a few per day. With that said, if you have questions about school, friends, make up, etc., feel free to ask.

I really don`t know what your style is and what kind of clothing you like and what colors. If I did I'd help you out. Wear things that don't necesarally match perfectly and add color and layering. Like a big necklace with a big handbag. Cute shoes to match. Let me know what you like though. & thank you. ♥

The only thing you can do is edit your answer. When you click on the question, click edit answer. Hopefully the person will see the edited part. But sorry. That's the only thing you can do.

I think it was a rude thing to do, but it's your decision. If Logan really liked you, even as a friend he will talk to you. Right now he is just angry and upset about what you did and he might need some time to forget about it and forgive you. Just talk to him. Tell him you're really sorry and that if he was a true friend he would forgive you. He doesn't have to forget, but he sure can forgive. Did you mean to do it on purpose? If not then, just talk to them both and say it was a mistake.

You guys don't have to rush into doing it, but since you both are shy you are expecting one another to make a move. I went out with a guy that was soo shy, and I didn't really force him to do anything lol. There is really nothing wrong with a girl making a move first. Guys like that a lot better. You can also try talking to him about this. It's really nothing to be shy to talk about. When you guys are together or cuddling just make a move. Trust me, it's much better then you think. He will get more conftrable around you. Just take your time. :)

Okay so I am a freshmen and I am currently dating this guy in my class we have been going out for 2 months. I also have had a major major crush on this guy who goes to a different school and is one year older than me for the past 2 and 1/2 years. My boyfriend i love being around him and he makes me happy, but when i get home i can't stop thinking about my crush i've told my self that i have to get over him, but i can't! I know it is really stupid to be worrying about this ,but i don't think I will end up marrying my boyfriend because we just want different things. So my question is, should i continue to date my boyfriend and give us a try or should i dump him and keep looking?

No one can really tell you what to do because your decision will be based on what you feel is right. Question yourself. How much do you really like your boyfriend and are you willing to loose him to another guy who might not like you? I mean, if you don't like your boyfriend, then break up with him because that would be the right thing to do. You can flirt with the other guy and find out if you really like him and if he likes you. If he does, I still think it would be rude just to dump your boyfriend for him. What I'm trying to say, if you think it's not working out between you guys end it. Make sure this is something you really want to do and that you won't regret doing it. Good luck!

Well, i dated this guy last year(my freshmen year, i'm now a sophomore). I broke up with him b/c we dated for two weeks and haden't even held hands yet. I totally regretted it and I know that i should have just talked to him about it instead of ending it right there. Finally this year, I told him how i felt but he said that he just wanted to be friends. Some friends we are, he gives me the "go to hell" look everytime i see him. He's now dating this girl for 2 months and he's STILL all i ever think about! I know that he doesn't feel the same way about me as i do about him but i'm still not over him!! HELP!!

It's completly normal to still likve him and you don't have to get over him right away. It will happen but don't force yourself not to like him. You just can't do that. Now that he has a new girlfriend, you shouldn't say much about liking him to him or her. He will pretend he doesn't know and his girlfriend will get jelous and angry. I don't think he hates you or anything so just talk to him again. Just say I though you said we can be friends, but everytime we see each other you act different. Talk to him about that. I know it might be hard for you and I don't think he wants to hurt you or anything. He just moved on and expected you to do the same. Take as long as you need, and don't force yourself to like other guys. But... as you start to date other guys, you might get over him faster. ♥

I would like some big words and phrases to replace little words. For example, articulate = smart. I would like these words for in the future to be used in school projects and to impress university colleges. So any big words would be good.

Don't feel pathetic because that's normal. Everyone has that happen to them sometime. Just try to talk to him and it's okay to be thinking about him. As you get to know him better, just flirt and talk to him and if he flirts back, he probablly does like you.

how do you get different fonts on your computer? something with going to start then idk lol something like that. you posted it a WHILE ago, but i don't remember. you said it was how you got the font 'terminal' i think. thanks in advance

I`ll give you step by step.

-Go to Start then click on Run. Type in Regedit.
- Find the folder that says HKEY_CURRENT_USER and open it.
-Go down and find where it says Software & then open it.
-Open the file that says American Online.
-Open AOL Instant Messenger.
-Open Current Version.
-Go down and open the folder Users. Find your screen name and click on it.
-After you clicked on it, find where it says IM and then open it.
-After you opened it, click on Font Face and then type in the type of font you want.

I have one older brother and he is 17. He always does stuff to piss me off and when I say stop he does it even more. They love getting on your nerves and making you mad. They just enjoy that and think its fun. You have to ignore them and they will stop. I ignore my brother and he just gets tired of it so he stops.
