WOW! Um, i didnt think that going to a gynacologist was necessary till after you've had sex for the first time. At least thats what i've been told. If you can't have a female doctor then say no. Hi I was wondering if there is something I can do to help me wake up in the morning. No matter how early I go to sleep, it is impossible for me to get up. It's kind of to a point where I'm thinking maybe something is wrong with me.
-No matter how early I go to sleep, I am still SUPER tired in the morning.
-My mom has to wake me up in the morning because I don't wake up to an alarm- i sleep right through it.
-I've tried OTC sleeping medicine-doesn't help
-Drinking hot milk/tea before bed-doesn't help
-When I wake up my mom has to like shake me and usually I fall back asleep very quickly- then she will come back and she is mad at me. I really can't help falling back asleep because I'm not exactly conscious yet.
-I usually don't have a problem falling asleep, just waking up.
-Usually if when I finally wake up which takes me like 35 minutes, I can BARELY open my eyes until I get in the shower.

If you're tired its your body's way of telling you that you're growing. At your age your body is going through some big changes and sleep is where a huge chunk of it takes place. You need to train yourself to wake up. When your mum (mom) wakes you up, jump straight out of bed and have a cold shower or just a regular one if you cant handle it. Tell yourself that you will wake up at a certain time. It will take time. You should be getting 8 to 10 hours a night. You could be over sleeping. That makes you feel tired too!

Another thing i did was write letters to people who have let me down or even to people who have simply just influenced my life in any way. Well, to say the last, I am interested in this guy. He is a grade lower than me, but that shouldn't matter, right? He's really mature.

I think I have an eating disorder. I don't really show it, but I feel extremely guilty when I go over 1000-1200 calories. I'm 5'9 and 136 lbs. If I eat something after 7 [which Im doing now and Im stressing out] or just eat a lot in general, I freak out. My mind goes crazy when I think about food. I cant stand eating sometimes. What can I do? I think everything I eat will make me gain weight. I have a fear of getting fat, most likely because I was chubby in elementary/middle school. I think Im ok now, but probably need some work. Any ideas on how to not feel guilty about it? My parents are getting me a yogurt parfee. Those aren't bad are they? Should I feel guilty for eating that? I'm not sure. It makes things a lot more stressful. Does this sound like Anorexia to you? I do skip meals but not intensely. Any opinions? Thanks!
Dont feel guilty for eating. If you dont eat you die. If you eat right and excercise you shouldnt gain weight. Eat little bits of food often. Excercise for an hour a day. Look up on the net or get books on what types of food are healthy.

Your dog is getting old and scared. The reason the dog runs in when a storm is coming is because it can sense weather ahead of time and feels the need to find a safe place to be.
The reason for following your mum (mom, sorry im aussie) may be because she spends more time with the dog? Or The dog might want to be around someone it feels safe with.
It could be sick, and you may not know., Dogs know when time's coming to an end and they feel the need for safety.

Well, firstly, why did you break up the first two times? I have been in your situation before.. and i gave the guy a third go and he broke my heart.
I think this guy likes you still. If you were to ask him out he'd probably say yes, just because he's a guy and you're a girl and most guys say eas just for the hell of it. You need to figure out if he has feelings for you and how genuine they are. Talk to him about it.
