No, she's not pregnant. If there was anything on your finger, it was dead. The mobility of sperm is impared after a few minutes exposure to air. Therefore sperm on your fingers will not be all the viable. She would also need to be fertile - which is about 4 days long in most women's cycles. You would also need a sperm to swim up into her cervix and locate the egg. In a normal conception the sperm have help by being ejaculated up and then have large numbers to locate the egg. The small amount of ejaculate does not have this advantage.
