Ouch! I hate when that happens. Don't eat anything really hot for a while, (obviously lol). Put water on it and be careful not to bite it or burn it more. It will take a day or two so be patient. Good luck.

Hey, give her a gift certificate to a place she really likes or a place you'll know she will like. Get her a new, great smelling perfume, if she is into perfume. Take her out to dinner, or take her shopping. Good luck!

My mom tells me I'm fat. A lot. She's constantly telling me I need to lose weight, and though she tries to do it in a gentle way it still hurts. And it's not that she's telling me I'm fat and I'm not. I really am fat, but I have a tendency to be stubborn, so when she nags me to do things I never want to do them. And half of me wants to be skinny, and half of me doesn't, so I end up getting lost in the middle, getting stressed, eating more, and having my mom tell me I've gained weight. Thanks mom. But I don't know what to do. She thinks it's for my own good that she's telling me this, even though I've told her countless times that I KNOW it's not something I need to be reminded about. And she has her own weight issues that she should worry about. She's a lot heavier than I am and at more of a risk of health problems than I am. Not that I'm comparing myself to her, I just wish she'd focus on herself instead of me.
Is there any way you can think of that I can ignore her nagging or get her to focus on herself instead of me? (Or both????) (link)

When she tells you that you are fat tell her something negative about her that she could work on. She just cares about you, being overweight can be dangerous to your health. Make an effort to try to lose weight and she will stop nagging if she sees you making an effort. Good luck hunnie!
Hey, you should start talking to him casually about like the good times, you have. Bring the remember when's up. Ask him if you still want to be atleast friends since he has a girlfriend. You can tell him you like him if you want, I wouldn't the first time you are talking to him again though!

Ok i have 2 friends,call them A & B that are into each other a lot [[friend wise]] im excluded from some things.others not. But when ever im on the phone with them my friend A acts toottaallyy different!! Then A & B love to brag about what i missed and what happend!! today there like.. B says "were sluts!!" A says"lol ",which is not funny. they say to me "oh your to mature you wouldnt get it!!!" okay you make a box thing and put q and d for quarters and dimes then make three boxes liek this and write n for number p for price and t for total. Then put q under number because you dont know how many quarters you have then 25 for price because a quarter is 25 cents then for dime put q-7 in the box for number because you know its 7 less than quarter but you dont know what quarter is then put 10 for price because a dime is wroth 10 cents.. then you multiply number by price boxes which gives you 25q and 10q-70.. make that an equation set equal to 280

35q - 70 = 280

Ugh, why wouldn't your friend stick up for you. You should deff. tell her how that made you feel when she didn't say anything back to her boyfriend after that rude remark. She is suppose to be your friend! You will have that in life, so don't be sad sweetheart! I am sure you are not ugly!

okay ... you see lately my mom has been getting me all these babysitting jobs that i really dont want. i've asked her to stop and she has, but one mother wants my to babysit on a regular basis! she has three kids(2, 4 and 6) and i really cannot handle them. the middle child is pretty good, but the 2 year old cries a lot and the 6 year old is always being mean to the middle one and i cant take it! can someone please help me find a way to tell the mother i cant babysit for her regularly. thanks so much! Tell her that you have a really busy life with school and all and babysitting on daily basis is to stressful and frusterating. She will understand. Also, tell her how the kids behave for you and how that doesn't help your stress level! Good luck.

Ok so there is this *amazing* guy and i like him alot, and everytime i see/hang out with him i like him even more.. We went out before but it didnt last long, but people have been tellin me he likes me again And last night we hung out a lil and talked and all at this bandfest thing.. Then me n my friend and this other guy walked to the bleachers, then when we came back after a long while he didnt even talk to me or come near me.. o wait he came up to me once and hugged me, but then wen the night was up me and my bff were walkin behind him and he was with this girl and other guy.. he didnt even hug me bye or n e thing, i think i must have done somethin to ruin it but i cant think of anything, i really hope he didnt meet someone and now has a girlfriend or else ill be crushed.. can anyone tell me a way to get him to notice that i like him alot without me havin to tell him, or can anyone give me any advice towards this??

Well, in my opinion I think that the best thing to do IS to tell him how you feel. Otherwise, he won't get the hint. You can flirt with him profusely, but if I was you, I would ask him who he liked and then tell him or have one of my friends ask him and tell him. Either way, good luck hunnie!

ok, i like this guy. my friend IMed him and asked him what he liked about me, he told her i was nice and kind and then she tried to get him more into details and he avoided the subject and told her it's not nice to talk about people behind there backs. almost like he was sticking up for me. he used to IM me all the time but now he dosn't i IM him with a random question which ends up turning into a conversation. he recently told me his dad had cancer, and the wayhe told me i didnt get what he said at first, so i asked him if his dad had cancer. he said he had to go and said bye, and signed off. In school i notice whenever im hanging out with a guy he looks at me laugh or watever, same with my best friend.
he sit's closer to me at lunch and talks to one of the guys i hang out with. i've caught him looking at me and i look away. i've also caught his mum looking at me like he told her something. His mum and my mum talks.i've called him once and it's always akward we end up taling about more personal stuff on Instant message too. more about our families too! when ever i tell him something random, he points it outor when i say somthing he teases me or tries to prove he's right!we are kinda friends i mean we've kinda talked in school and when he looks at me i look away. when i didnt go to a dance he Imed me and asked me where i was? and also when i left home sick, he asked me where i went? and it was like he accually cared about where i was. i know most guys would tell the girl they like, but the last time he told a girl he liked her she didnt like him back and it broke his heart. i watched him say by day in pain!(i kinda felt bad and fell for him) when ever i enter class he stares at me but dosnt smile.once in class he said my name and waved, smiling. that has only happended once, besides him looking at me. my friend always chats with him, but im usually by him and i kinda see him looking at her and then me but i look away. i see fear and sadness in his eyes. like he's afraid to tell me.

I think he is confused as well as you. I think he is deff. to afraid to tell you what he feels about you because he doesn't know if you like him. Give him the hint that you like him, if you do of course. Or, have your friend talk to him for you. GOod luck!

If you don't like him, then break up with him. Basically, you are just leading him on. Sure, your friends are an influence, but it's your choice. If you feel bad about the earing thing, give them back to him and tell him you would rather be friends. Or, you can keep them ;). Lol, follow your heart and good luck!

I have the same problem, my best guy friend is like in love with me. I do like him a little but I would never go out with him. If I was you, I wouldn't go out with him because then when you guys do break up, there might be tension between you two. Why ruin something that you already have? All my friends have had a boyfriend before except me. I really want one, but there is no one that seems right for me. A few guys have asked me out, but i have refused. I burnt my finger on the cooker around half an hour ago, ran it under the cold water tap until it stopped hurting and forgot about it. But it's just started to hurt really badly again. I put a cold compress on it and put some antiseptic cream on but it doesn't seem to be stopping the stinging. What can I do? (link)

Don't think about it, it will hurt less if you focus your attention on something else. Try putting aloe vera cream stuff on it. That should ease the burning a little bit. Or, apply pressure under where you are burnt. Hope I've helped.

My birthday was yesterday =). If it is warm out and you have a pool and if it is open, go swimming. Put on music, talk about girl stuff *if its girls you are having over*. Just hang out, hanging out never gets boring when your friends are there. Lol.
