ive tried every kind of eyeliner out there but ti always runs off and like goes away. ive tried the waterproof 16 hour one and they all go away what works?

I use Revlon waterproof. It works good for me. For me it lasts for up to 3 days. I just touch it up a little bit. I'm so addicted to eyeliner! It's the only thing I wear! I feel totally naked without it! (= So I hope this one works for you!

Don't go out with a guy just becuase he really likes you. Go out with the one you really like. If really like Matt, then wait for him. But if you don't feel like you should wait because you don't think it won't be worth it, then just do what you want!

Most definetly talk to him about it! Being in a relationship means that you have to be more open! Just tell him that you're not feeling like you don't see each other enough and that you think the two of you need to spend more time together to be sure that everyhthing is ok! Just be honest with him! He'll understand!

well today has been very odd for me. my face has just been so itchy! it cant be anything that i put on my face, because everything i put on is daily. well my cheeks are very itchy, as well as my forhead and chin. my eyes too! but i have allergies...any thoughts of what may cause this?

Be with the one you really really love! Love is pointless if you don't love the person and you're just with that person because he loves you. Eventually that person will leave you realizing it's not going to go far. It might take work to be withe the one you love, but it's worth it in the end.

I wouldn't tell her anything. I would just act differently around her..more friendly rather than touchy touchy..ya know? Physical contact is what normally makes a girl think that you like her. Even being too friendly! And if you like her but you're just scared that you might ruin a friendship, then just know that you won't ruin this friendship unless you truly hurt her like cheat on her or break up with her for another girl!

Well there's not much you can do. Just make it clear that you and the other guy aren't together. Stop hanging around him or talking to him or even talking about him. Just until the rumors are gone but I don't think your boyfriend will want you to be talking to him even after everyone stops talking. Just make it obvious that the two of you aren't going out!

Hi, im starting to like this kid in my class. Theo only problem is i know this other "almost popular" girl who likes him and is having her friends try to get him to go out with her. Whenever they try to ask him he leaves. Hes not really the popular type in all but im starting to like him. The other girl is really nice and funny, but i dont want to let a lot of people know incase she gets mad. is there anyway to keep your nails clean, my seem to get dirty all the time?

You can get one of those metal type nail files and stick it in between the nail and the skin and just sweep it out. I hope that made some sense! I can't think of any other way to explain it!
