ok well i have this ex b/f i will call him z and i went out with im on and off for almost a year i alos got quite heavy with him. i still like him and have done since we broke up. he has mooved on and been with loads of other girls so why cant i move on???

ok most of the time the girl has the hardest time moving on he is only going out with girls probably to get you mad and always after a break up most guys think they have to get right back out there so what i would say is just get someone that you think you would have a time with and make a date and aventually you will get it where all you think about is the new guy...........

There's just some guys that you can't get over until you find another who makes you feel happier! Try to find that guy rather than looking at him. You'll never find the right guy if you're still hung over the wrong one!

things like that happens, it takes a while to move on from a guy that youve been like together for a year, but try hanging out with your friends more and other guys maybe, just do things that dont make you think of him and sooner or later you'll move on, its not going to ruin your life, just have some fun and meet some new guys.
