OK to start off I've worked with this girl for about four or five months now and we've just recently started full-on talking like a month and a half ago.
SO - We had been talking pretty intensively and I started to become interested in her, so I took the bold route and just came out and told her how I felt, her response was "I'm not really looking to DATE anyone right now because I had just ending things with my ex" Which is completely understandable and I told her I was ok with it because I didn't want to rush into anything either, and we've still been talking just as regularly ever since...

More than likely , she just wants to be friends. If you were her type, it probably wouldn't matter how long it had been, she would've accepted a date with you. But that doesn't mean there's no hope for the future. Keep being her friend, let her bitch about her ex and eventually just invite her out for lunch or coffee sometime. So typical breakup dilemma. My ex and I had a terrible breakup about a week ago. His last words to me were 'Go slash your wrists and die you bitch' I responded telling him never contact me again. I was the one who broke up with him as I got sick of us fighting. As miserable as I've been (and god I have been) I was starting to accept he was out of my life.

I have a DVD of his and he has a book and a CD of mine, stuff I simply don't care about.
I told him I wouldn't be able to get the DVD for a while as its at my parents place (not mine) and he said there's no hurry. The truth is I think seeing him will set me back and make me feel worse.
So my question is, should I meet up with him and face him and do a "pleasant exchange" or should I simply post his stuff or get a friend to give it to him? Also what could his motives for seeing me be... does he want to talk or just get his dvd back?

Even if you think you may be lonely or have a little bit of feelings for him, remember all the arguing and bad things that happened to cause the break up in the first place. You'll find someone that's right for you and who deserves your love. My dad was in a car accident a few days ago but doesnt have lawyer money?
He says his neck hurts and it costs 4,000 to get the car fixed and we don't have that money. The airbag stopped him from getting killed. A girl hit my dad real hard on his drivers side and she ran off in her car. My dad was the only one in the car, he was so shook up he didn't get her license plate number. He has insurance and we know nothing about the girl. she drove away when he said he was calling the police. He has witnesses that saw the girl crash into him. The people don't know what the girls name is or where she lives but they know where she hangs out at and they told the police. They did a police report and my dad hasn't got it yet. I don't think he knows what to do about this. We took pictures of the car and he thinks that's all he has to have.We haven't found the girl that hit him and he cant afford a lawyer. He doesn't have $4000 to pay for what the girl did. He thinks he can get a lawyer for free. What is he supposed to do since hes saying his back hurts and the car is wrecked on the side and he cant get a lawyer?
Unfortunately, even if they find the girl, chances are, she doesn't have any money or insurance...that's probably why she hit and ran. If they find her, you'll have to sue her and even if she has a job, they'll take it out of her pay on a per month basis, so it'll be a long time before you see any money.
