right click the icon for the browser, click properties, and just explore that. what you want to do is clear history and clear the other files.

I think that somebody is signing on IM using my screen name. two people have said i said things that i know i never said. they have said i used swear words and have been very rude to them. which i know ive never done. i unlinked all of my sns and deleted my buddy lists so this person could not antaganize any of my friends. i have also signed on another sn that no one know about and kind of been monitoring weather someone signs on using my sn or not. i want to be safe and make sure this person wont do anything more. any ideas?

if you catch them on your name, you can direct connect and get their ip and crack their computer.
or just report them to their isp or find out where they live using an iplookup/whois .

A.) go to you guidence counciler.
B.) relize your parents usually know whats best. they have gone through it before and already made the mistakes your about to. My dad can predict ever move my brother makes, which goes to show ya, parents know whats going on even if you dont know they know.

i am overly sensitive! it's like i either under or over react my emotions, and i'm ultra sensitive when people tell me stuff. I think thats also why i dont like loud screaming music, i like all music except that, i think because im too sensntive for it it sucks, becuase i can't stay happy for too long because i get sad easily, because im so sensitive. how can i toughen up and not be so sensntive to live happier? My best advice to be less sensitive would be too take a more logical approach to things. Think about them longer, and try not to react right away. The best thing you can do is try to understand and look for an overlaying scheeme, the grand picture if you will.

ok, so 1st, i'm 18, my gf is 17. To be blunt, her mom is very imbalanced. she's like cinderalla's stepmother. , doing all these things. She constantly battering, yelling, and swearing at her. totally at random. and she's always making her do too much stuff. because of her, my gf is working 2 jobs, and she wants her to get more. On top of a really hard school load (4 AP classes), she always has a list of chores to do. Like to perfection, her mom will make her scrub the bathroom fro hours till its "right". She even kept her home from school so that she'd do more chores.
The thing is, i really, really care about her. I mean, its not healthy to be facing this all the time. It really is verabl and mental abuse. How can i get her to get help (or get help for her)?
I don't want it to seem that as a bf, i'm trying to drive her away from her mom, but she really needs help. i feel stuck. what can i do? (link)

lol my bro had a similar problem. his girlfriends mom was a real " bitch". Now if he talks to her he gets arrested. Btw he is 16 and she is 15. Now they are appart because they cant see each other.
If i were you i would go talk to the guidence counciler about it. Thats all you can do.

I am vegetarian and stopped eating fatty and junk food since 2 months. Still I am not able to loose weight inspite of doing 2 times hworkout in a week.
please advice me how should i achive my target weight which is 135 by march end?

Try to go harder during that workout. Really push yourself and try to exert as much energy as you can. You should aim to loose about 2 lbs a week.

I am really scared of airplanes. You see my mom has a thing with Disneyworld, and basically we went to Disneyworld every christmas and summer. But then we didn't have enough money to keep going. Now we do, and I haven't been on an airplane since last summer. I am REALLY scared. I just have a bad feeling about it. I have no say whatsoever in if I want to go or not, so that's not an option. If anyone could help me calm down...or tell me anything...that would be great.

Please for the love of god stop(assumeing your cutting yourself,if not please ignore) go get help. Go to your guidence counciler. If not and you go uncheck what happens in 1 year from now? in 5? in 10? You need to get help. If you cant bring yourself to tell a parent then tell a friend to tell guidence for you. Everytime you feel upset take deep breaths and think it could be worse. Just be strong. One of my friends who is a major athlete and awesome person had to deal with the death of his dad who was 41. The kid is 14. He is taking it like a trooper considering his dad used to coach him in every sport and never missed one of his games. Your going to run into problems down the line. Pick up meditation if you can, it should help.

Okay, here's the scoop. My friend Jon broke up with his Girlfriend Amy because he said he didn't love her, and that he could no longer stand being with her. They had been together a total of 1 year and 8 months. He broke up with her last week. Jon and I have had this little on/off fling going on, and I think that he's going to ask me to be his girlfriend on Valentine's day. I really like him, and would say yes if he asked me... but..
Well, I know this sounds silly, but Amy put Jon back to her number one spot on myspace after she changed it to last when he broke up with her. That's kind of a quick recovery if you ask me. I'm worried because I think he may still be 'seeing' her or telling her he loves her. Or in the future he might want to pursue a relationship with her. She's different, but she's beautiful. So, I can understand why he'd want her.
But he's sworn on a stack on bibles that he didn't want her anymore. I'm just so aprehensive on starting a relationship because he may cheat on me. He's cheating on Amy twice, but he said that's because she was flirting with other guys or whatever. I don't know what to do. Her cousin even asked Amy if the were dating, she said no but her myspace say's otherwise.
He's told me he liked me, and wanted to date me, but ever since she's done all this stuff with MySpace, I've been nervous.
