abs i have a 4 pack at the top of my abs cause i do a lot of crunches at dance, but i cant figure out how to get the bottom 2. its so annoying ! any ideas ?

hey.
i have a six pack from working on crunches/situps and from playing baratone horn/ trumpet and tighting/(flexing ??) has helped to. try LOTS of situps/crunches and drink lots of milk (even though it may be nasty to you it helps lots ;) )

do leg lifts for the lower abs. Keep up the sit ups and do 50 leg lifts with each leg. ]
if you want to get abs towards the bottom then you should do full sit up or cross crunches-this is where u do a crunch towards the opposite side. ]
lie flat on the ground and lift your legs off the ground. hold till you cry. then repeat. ]
I'm not sure what these are called, but the following crunch-type things will work your lower abs:
Lie on your back on the floor and put your legs up in the air, you should be in the shape of an "L". Then use your lower abs to lift your butt and lower back off the floor.
Do as many of these as you feel is nessecary. Good luck with your abs!
