i have a 4 pack at the top of my abs cause i do a lot of crunches at dance, but i cant figure out how to get the bottom 2. its so annoying ! any ideas ?

vermillion26 answered Saturday February 25 2006, 5:42 pm: I'm not sure what these are called, but the following crunch-type things will work your lower abs:
Lie on your back on the floor and put your legs up in the air, you should be in the shape of an "L". Then use your lower abs to lift your butt and lower back off the floor.
Do as many of these as you feel is nessecary. Good luck with your abs!
