My friend, alex, lost her virginity last week. I got really mad at her. I don't know what to do. She moved to Indiana too. I don't feel like being her friend anymore because she lost her virigity at 13. First, she started smoking, then she gave bjs, now she's lost her virginity. I feel so weird. All my other friends are virgins. I really don't like my friend anymore. She used to be nice, happy, and cool, but now shes... gross, rude and... Virginityless... Not a word, but ok. I wish my friend could've been smarter. What do I do?! Plz help!

Stop being so closeminded.

Just because she obviously doesn't hold her virginity as sacred (for lack of a better word) as you do doesn't mean you should judge her, or not be her friend. She probably needs the strength in a friend that you can offer.

She's just a little sucked up into that kind of life.

It will chew her up and spit her out, and she'll need you then, too.

It wasn't stupid if she doesn't care and doesn't regret it.

Depends what type of computer you have. It's possible to have Windows software on a Mac (I do.), and some Mac software on a PC.

iMovie is a tried and true favorite for me, but you can only use it if you have a Mac. Pinnacle is something that you can buy for a PC, or probably get a free trial for somewhere.

You also didn't mention if you wanted to pay. iMovie is included standard on any Mac, just so you know.

I'm 15 and I haven't had my first kiss. The majority of my friends have. If I really wanted it, I could easily go up to a guy and say, "Kiss me." They probably would, too.

Most people that know me know that I haven't had it yet, mainly because I tell them, hah. I think it's stupid to put yourself in the aforementioned situation.

When I'm dating someone that I really like, then I'll kiss them/let them kiss me. I don't envision myself going through any brutal breakups, especially this early in my dating career. Even if I don't like him anymore, I will always remember who my first kiss is, and I don't want to remember some scumbag.

All but one or two of my friends have been in realtively serious relationships, and when they talk about them, I'm interested, just as I'd want them to be for me.

And, no, I don't think it's normal to avoid guys. You certainly won't be kissing any if you avoid them. Playing hard-to-get really isn't worth it, nor is it effective.

Trust me on that one.

There are a lot of guys out there that don't date firls for sex and that are genuinely amazing. I pinky promise. All of my guy friends are that way; I don't associate with people who think that way.

Like, today for example, a friend and I were walking through the city, and, I kid you not, a total of 10 guys either whistled or stared like they wanted sex. We didn't even look back as we walked by. I guess it's just who you associate with and how you carry yourself.

I'm also 15, and at our age, most guys just aren't mature.

Buttt, the wait is almost over. Generally, as guys get older, they maure a little.

By the way, that is why a lot of women date older men.

whats with girls and being all "oh my gosh, im so fat, i need to lose soo much weight" when they look really good? are they just fishing for compliments or really think that they are fat?

We compare ourselves to every single girl that we see. Like, today, I was reading a magazing that had celebrities in swimsuits. I'm not ACTUALLY fat, but my body is just different than most celebs (I have broad shoulders, etc.) After I put the magazing down, I did a couple hundred sit-ups.

It's not fishing for compliments, persay, but more reassurance that despite what people in the media look like, guys are still intersted in us.

There are some girls that do actually fish for compliments, but you can usually tell. If the girl is conceited, she's probably fishing for compliments. Otherwise, there's probably a lot of sincerity in the question, "Am I fat?"

I have two friends who have decided to become vegans/vegetarian. Please tell me if theres a difference. I've heard there is but I'm not very educated on this type of stuff. Also, thay keep telling me that being a vegetarian is way more healthy. I don't think thats true because they don't get protein from meat. I respect they're lifestyle choice and I'm not trying to say that they're wrong or anything like that but is it really healthier or what?

Well, vegans don't eat or wear any animal products. Vegetarians don't eat meat, but they generally eat dairy and eggs and stuff.

Windows 2000 may very well be the system you're running.

I would try to find it and reinstall it ASAP.

Once that is reinstalled, Word will be reinstalled.

I'm not going to say that you're not ready for sex, because you very well may be. I don't really think that AGE has anything to do with it, persay, other than the laws of consent.

I'd say making out is really as far as you should go because sex and anything really that is more than making out tends to complicate the relationship.

And plus, how awesome would it be to have NOT done everything before you find the guy you're going to marry? Think of how amazing that would be.

And, remember that no healthy relationship at your age should depend solely on sex/making out.

is it hard to dance in heels? like at a club? im pretty short; 4'11" f/14. and alot of the guys when i dance with them, well mostly there friends will put there hand on top of my head to show how short i am. so im thinking about buying heels. so are they hard to dance in? thankss for reading :)

earlier this year i had to get surgery on my mouth because i was missing a tooth. so they had to put in a fake one. now the fake one is attached to my mouth by this big metal stripe that is attached to the fake tooth and the two teeth around it in my mouth.

now the tooth looks AMAZING and completely real but the problem is that i'm afraid when i go to kiss a guy he might be able to feel the metal part on the fake tooth.

so what do i do is he does feel this metal piece?
what do i tell him? because i really don't want to have to say that its a fake tooth because thats really embarrassing.

ok i have fcp and i don't know how to use it...... i have a mac book pro if thats important to knw....

i have a video which i uploaded from my vidcam to imovies and saved the file from there. then i closed it and reopened the file from fcp..... the thing is i don't know how to use the program :S

here what i need to know:

-stabilize shaking in film
-lighten the colors and brightness without fading it out (it was in doors with dim lights and there are loads of ppl crossing infront of me and a billion children running around)
-cut some of the footage out without the audio being removed.............

Tell me about this pressure. I'm going to be a junior in August, and I haven't been pressured to have sex or try drugs.

There will be prettier people than you and smarter people than you and more popular people than you. I was the girl that everyone knew at the end of elementary school, again at the end of middle school, and now i'd say i know like 700 people.

Remember that everyone wants friends. So just go introduce yourself.

Dating senior guys is pretty much a recipe for disaster. Stick to freshman/sophomores/ and maybe juniors.

Wait for him, if you really love him.

If he loves you, he'll come around. And these things take time. Maybe in like 6 months, if you still like him and everything is going well, ask him what he thinks of a relationship between the two of you.
