i have a friend he is jsut like my brotehr now. we did go out for like 3 months. but we broke up. even though rite after we broke up we still kept on talking jsut like awesome friends. he's had smoeting for me. he's my best guy friend, and i love him a lot. but i know i would never be able to do anything wiht him. but sometimes he "jokes" around that we ould do somethihg. he cares about me and he compliments me . but i really odnt know waht to do. sometimes it jsut freaks me out. what should i do?

He's hitting on you. He deffinatley wants to be more than just friends. The reason he's joking about doing stuff with you is because he is testing you to see how you would react. If you don't think it would work out with him, than when he jokes about doing stuff, just laugh it off and say no way and laugh some more.

anyway, lately i've been thinking about making this decision. ahh last year, i went through this bigg rebellion phase. and i got a tattoo on my left shoulder blade, and i got addicted and got another one, it's these hearts on my right side of my bottom stomach. and now, i'm regretting my second one. i wanna remove it, but i'm not sure. cos the worst part is that, well i live in Shanghai, tho i'm moving to california next year. to Santa Catalina - some catholic girl boarding school. which sucks... cos originally i wuz gonna go to Stevenson - it's by a beach and its co-ed. but my rents dont TRUST me. arghh. anyway bak to the tattoo thing. my friend, chris, he got a tatt too and you hafta go back there like what every month to do the surgery over and over again. and he's been doing it for over a year now and it's still not faded. is it just Shanghai that it's really low class with all this stuff or is there a surgery where u can just do it once and it'd be gone. i don't care so much for the pain, i would just tear again and scream my butt off hah.
well if i did, i want another one on my hip :D

The easiest, most painless, and guaranteed way is to just cover it with make up. They make special cover up just for tatoos.

It depends on what state you live in, but in most you can. You can get comdoms without permission anywhere.

Yes, it probably will, because bamboo soaks in water from the bottom. You have to add a lot of food coloring though. Cool idea.

if you do finger yourself how does the doctor tell if he can whether your a guy or girl

There is no way he can tell, unless you have scratched yourself. Yes, the doctor can tell if your hymen is broken (if you are a girl) but that can break from riding a horse or a bike, or wearing a tampon. And he's not going to ask you if you've fingered yourself.

my parents don't let me do anything they treat me like a child altho im 13 and almost 14 how am I suppoed to let them let me do stuff????

I had the same problem until a few months ago. I'm 14 now, and in a few months, my parents went from treating me like a baby to letting me do pretty much whatever I wanted. The best way: Guilt. Say to them "Mom, Dad, my friends invite me to sleepover/go to the movies/go to the mall all the time. I always have to tell them no, and they think I don't want to be friends with them." It might work, because your parents don't want you to lose all of your friends.

This is a tough question. If you feel like B is controlling you, then it's not a good relationship to be in. You, your friends, and B all need to have a talk together, so you can all figure out whats going on. You also need to tell B that even though you love him, he doesn't own you, and you still need time for your friends.

ok im an african american girl. i go to a prodominatly white school. and im not racist but some of the kids think like all the black people that go to my school are racist. im not racist against white people i like everybody n if i hate you its not because your race its because i hate you. or if i like you.. yea you get it but anyways im not racist but the white kids at my school say some racist comments and they have a lot of sterotypes about black people and then they watch to much tv. they think that all black men are in jail which is not true because i know alot of wealthy successful black men n then they think that all black women are video hoes.. n that aint true because i know alot of successful black women. and alot of their comments are just stupid and unnecessary and it pisses me off. like to the point where im ready to just beat them down. because they go by what they hear and not what they know. so i need a different way to over come there lil racists comments because if i do beat one of them down i already kno its gonna be shame on me and not shame on them because thats how my school is. and like i said i dont have anythin against white people but at my school if somethin happens they go to the black kids before they even try and think about anybody else. I NEED SOME HELP!

This is a problem at lots of schools. Most people are racist against anyone different from them. Try to get involved in clubs and afterschool activities. People may see you as one of them if you are into the same stuff as them.

I'm going into a High School program(i just got outta middle school) that is suppose to be sooo hard that students who go there get so much work you have to spend the night studing and don't have time for a real life. I even have to go to summer school to get in. My mom's making me go. Worse of all i never do my homework. I've started working already to get ready. But i'm scared stiff. Any advice to help me be inspired to do my homework will help because i'm not sure how long this 'studying' will last.

I am in advanced math, so I know how you must feel. It's overwhelming at times, and there is a lot of homework. Write down your assignments all the time. If the homework is difficult, organize a study group to meet after school with some of the other kids in your class.

in 5th grade i moved up north. and i met this boy named mark, who happened to be my neighbor. the first time i saw him, i had a crush on him. i mean im a girl who never even thought about boys, until i saw him. i found out later he liked me and we went out in 6th grade-- for 9 months, then i broke up with him because he never talked to me like he used to. and he understood where i was coming from, and yet we still liked each other-- a lot. in 7th grade, we went out, and then his friend came riding around the block saying that he didn't want to go out with me. the same year, i decided to give him another chance, but he dumped me again. then there i was sitting there with a broken heart. and i promised myself as well as my best friend that i would never ever go out with him again. well soon enough, in 8th grade, i gave him another chance, i thought he would change-- but he didn't. we went out for about 3-4 months. i was at my neighbor's house, and i found out he liked lisa behind my back. i found this conversation at his house, and it was all this perverted crap with her. i was furious. so of course we broke up-- again. this time was different, we didn't talk for about 3 months. then slowly we started becoming friends again, and 5 more months after that we got closer and i kissed him. and we also cuddled a lot. all my feelings started rushing back. i mean he was the first guy i ever liked, and cared about. a few days later he asked me out-- and i had the guts to say no. it hurt me so bad, because i liked him soo much, but i couldn't stand getting another heart break. that night i found out he started telling people he liked my best friend. my bestfriend & i both knew that he was just trying to get revenge on me because i turned him down. and later we found out that it was all just an act. he was mad at me for awhile, and i didn't blame him for being mad because i would be too. and then we became close friends again, and just recently we have became friends with benefits. he likes this other girl(lets call her *A*). and me too. but A would never go out with him. but now i regret saying no to him, because he is telling people that he will never ask me out again because i rejected him. but i really do like him, im just scared to get hurt again. do you think i should just forget him-- cuz highschool is next year(remember i have to see him everyday of summer because he is my neighbor and friends with my brother). should i give him one last chance? i really need your opinion on this. i have been confused for years, and i just can't seem to let him go. do you have any tips? anything would help at this point.

You deffinatley need to let him go. He broke up with you 4 or 5 times in 4 years. It will be hard to say no to him during the summer because he will be right there. Try to find someone else. Or, make a list of all the bad things he's done to break your heart. Put this list somewhere you will always see it. When you feel yourself starting to like him again, read the list, and you will remember what a jerk he is. Then eat some chocolate. It always works.

Well, 12 is too young to wear one. I guess you could buy one without her knowing and say a friend gave it to you. Or just wear normal underwear, thongs are uncomfortable anyway.

Hi, it's my 15th birthday coming up soon, and I want to do something really good, like have a big party or something. The problem is, I want to invite all my friends (which span over a WIDE area - i have friends from loads of schools), but they don't all know each other, and some don't get along that well. Also, my best friend is a year younger and at a different school, but absolutely NONE of my other friends know her. I really want to invite all of them but I don't think they'll all enjoy it - especially my best friend as the only person she'll know is me. What shall I do?

Have a party in a public place, like a park. Give everybody nametags, so they will get to know each other. Try to organize a lot of games, so no one will feel excluded. Tell your best friend that she can invite some of her friends if it would make her feel more comfortable.

NO. I have been in the exact same situation. I bet he's really really hot, right? But you've heard how much he's been around. Trust me, this guy is hot, but he is a total jackass. Recently this guy said I have a lot of pubic hair. He said it was abnormal. I didn't think it was. He said it looked like a forest. Now I'm really embarrassed about this. He keeps making fun of me and these other guys were asking if I shave. I'm getting a new bathing suit for this field trip I'm going on and I'm going to get some wax so I can remove this embarrassing black hair from my stomach. I looked at the wax I am going to buy and noticed that you shouldn't remove hair from genital/vaginal areas.
Well I know I'm not going to use a razor sinse it can cause in-grown hairs and comes back thicker and makes skin irritated.
I can't use my depilatory creme at home because you shouldn't use it for pubic ahir.
I tried to look for some wax that removes pubic hair but I can't find any and the trip is coming up in 6 days.
Do I have to shave down there? I don't want to! This one girl said she got a mohawk. Okay? Will it look bad if I get a small swimsuit and don't remove the hair? I don't think I should listen to the guy. But if I use a razor wouldn't the hair poke out of the swimsuit? I'm still buying the regular wax for my stomach and bikini line.

You should use Nair, which is bikini wax. Don't wax all of the hair off though. Put on your bathing suit bottom, and just wax where the hair shows through.

See, here's the thing. I love my boyfriend, but we're going through this thing right now where whenever we get on the phone, he doesn't talk to much. And sometimes he irritates me. Sometimes, when you have been going out with someone for a while, you get bored of each other, even though you love each other. Boredom leads to irritation, which leads to breaking up. To save your relationship, you two should try going somwhere on a date that is really different, or a place you have never been before. Not like a restaurant or anything. Like a roller disco (They have one near where I live anyway...) or something crazy like that.

It's normal to have mood swings at your age because of hormones, which pretty much control the way you act in your teen and pre-teen years. Your mood swings could mean that you are going to start your period soon.

You have to wear tampons, because a pad will show through your bathing suit and swell up like a baby's diaper. It's not fun. No one can tell if you wear a tampon, but make sure to tuck the string into your bathing suit. It's very embarrassing if you don't.

Well, I think that if you are in 5th grade and could keep it going for 4 months, then you are mature enough. I'm in 8th grade, and most people can't keep a relationship going for more than a month. Anyway, about your problem. Well, Layla hurt you by going out with him, so why are you worried about hurting her? Layla is not your friend, she sounds like a backstabber to me. To get him back, start talking to him more. Call him a couple of times. Act like you did when you were going out.
