How often do you wash your hair? It's best to wash your hair every OTHER day; so about 3-4 times a week. Some shampoos that I use are Garnier Fructis and Herbal Essences, and I LOVE the results!! Perhaps they'll be of some help to you! =]

Some guys perfer hair, and others don't.. it's simply a personal perference. So my friends lit another and i helped smoked that and i still wanted another one..but thats was ebough. So now it's the next day and i wanans moke again. im rele scared bc/ i wanna do it again rele rele bad but i don't wanna get addicted or get lung cancer. Uhm? That's crap that your friends encourage such a thing. I'm disgusted. Moving on, if you think you can "smoke for like a couple more weeks then stop", you're saddly mistaken. You can't just "stop" like that. Qutting smoking is a struggle. Smoking is an addiction that can NOT be broken over night. It takes people months and even years and years to recover from it. I suggest you use your head about this and put your WELL BEING before your need to "have fun"....
