137 pounds is not "overweight", Hun. As long as you FEEL good, you LOOK good, so who cares what some NUMBERS on a scale READS?? All that matters is YOUR opinion of YOURSELF!! And I'm shore you know muscle weighs more than fat, yes?? So since you are an active girl, this could be why you might weigh more than someone else of your age and height.

A few good activities that can simply assist in poRpoRtioning the body in it's ENTIRTY would be anything that gets the blood ciRculation goin', such as jogging, jumping jacks, jumping Rope, and walking, and bicycle walking. Also, 'tis the season of wateR aeRobics, and they will woRk like a CHARM!!
And if you'd like to taRget youR tummie specifically, tRy doing a couple hundRed sit ups oR cRunches. I know, I know, I know.. 'a couple hundRed' is A LOT, but if you bReak it up into sessions, it's not that difficult, tRust me. I'm the Queen of lazy fuckeRs, so if I can do this, YOU can do this! :P
Also, pRoviding you cut out the EXTREMELY unhealthy foods, such as WHITE bRead [substitute it with wheat], cake pRoducts, ice cReam, hambuRgeRs, and soda... [if you'Re used to consuming A LOT of it] you can see a MAJOR diffeRence the fiRst two weeks, ALONE. My fRiend did it.. and we weRe both shocked to all hell!
As you pRobably alReady know, it's best to eat SEVERAL SMALL poRtions a day. Say, have an apple and a piece of cheese, two houRs lateR have a few cRakeRs, and an houR lateR have one piece of wheat toast, and so on and so foRth, ya know??? Little intakes of food like that givs youR body time to digest it pRopeRly. You see how that's betteR than eating one oR two huge meals a day... because it takes too long to catch up, and it can not buRn the caloRies quick enough, and then just quits, adding body fat.
But of couRse weight loss takes time.... you just have to stay committed, and have the dRive to keep it up. TRy to keep youRself busy... and sleep as often as possible... these things keep youR mind busy and off food. I can't Really say how long it will take; I suppose that diffeRs fRom peRson to peRson. It Really just depends on how much weight you'Re looking to shed. I'd say you could lose 10 to 20 pounds in a month; that's veRy possible, though you DO NOT need to lose that much!! It is still my opinion you aRe at peRfect weight as is!!

♥[?]♥ ok, this might seem a bit confuseing but here it goes. Ok me and this guy Brian and his mom and my mom were hanging out by the pool. Brian is 17 by the way. When we first got there Brian asked me how old i was. And I told him i was 13. Then after a while of talking and swimming. He comes and sits beside me while our moms are gone to get something to eat. Right out of nowhere he says " Well what do u think about me?" Then I got so imbarassed and told him what I thought. He kept going on and on and on about how he would kick his youger sisters ass if she botherd me ( who is in my grade). Then after a few minutes he comes and sits beside me again and says " You know what?" " I can spoil you." I looked at him and said " Oh yea, I bet you can" Then he goes " I can give you a missage and that will spoil you." I loked at him funny and said " I don't think so "

You make shore you're signed in, for one thing. Next you go to "EDIT MY PROFILE". Then in your "ABOUT ME" box is where you paste the HTML code for your background. But to get your background on your MySpace, it must have a URL code. If you've found this background on the internet, all you have to do is RIGHT CLICK it, go down to "PROPERTIES" and copy all of the "(URL)ADDRESS" That is the URL, and you simply paste it where it says "URL" within the HTML background code, you see??
I have a MySpace also, so if you feel you need some extra help, don't be afraid to ask. :D
