You just gotta tell her that it kind of scares your cousin when she is loud and outspoken to him. Some children like being loud but other children like being talked to quietly. Explain this to her and tell her how you feel about it.

So I'm assuming they're not close? I think you should just tell her that it scares him to speak with people whom he's not used to. That's a perfectly acceptable answer, and how could she possibly be mad at you over that?? :)
