My name is Teza.. short for Tereza. I was born in Croatia and I speak more than one language. I'm 22 years old & I completed 2 college degrees in 3 years. My a bachelors is in Business Administration concentration in Human Resources and my Masters degree is also in HR.

I was working at Old Navy for the past few months as a seasonal hire and they recently laid off all the new hires because we did pretty badly during our Christmas season. They told us that we would always be welcome back in the spring though but I don't really want to work there anymore.
1. I know this is a bad time for job searches but should I try looking for a new job anyway?
2. Before Old Navy, I only had volunteer experience. Would a store manager take a closer look at my resume because of my Old Navy experience? Do Old Navy employees have a particular reputation that might cause store managers to prefer them or look down on them?
3. Do you think a few months Old Navy experience is enough to work at specialty stores like American Eagle or Espirit?

I don't know much about this. If you don't like working at Old Navy, don't. If you need the money then do it. I thinkt he store manager would take a closer look that you already had expirience working at a store. Old Navy employees don't have a particular reputation though. To work at American Eagle, Aeropostale you do not have to have the expirience. I know a few people that work there and they never worked at a store before and it was their first time.

One of my friends likes this guy, and while I was at her house I started talking to him on AIM; we had a good conversation, so when i got home I asked for his sn, because we got along pretty well. I've been talking for him for two or three weeks, now and I'm starting to get the feeling that I may like him. I really don't want to do anything to make my friend mad at me or him, and I don't want it to seem like I'm stealing him from her. I don't want to tell either of them that I do like him, because I'm not positive. I don't want to make something bad if it's just a phase or whatever. What should I do?

Since you aren't sure if you like him or not, keep talking to him and find out. I know that you don't want to hurt your friends feelings and that's a good thing, but if you do end up liking him you can't do anything about that or change your feelings. Take the time and see if you like him. You are probablly having weird feelings right now and you probablly don't want to like him because your friend does and you shouldn't do that. If you do end up to like him, make sure you tell your friend. She deserves to know and if she does get mad then she isn't being a very good friend. Just talk to her and if she is hurt then just be there for her but you can't control how you feel. Good luck.

Popping the cherry is a slang for breaking your hymen. This can happen during sex, tampons or anything if you aren't careful. Tampons can break the hymen but that happens rarely and if you put it too high up. Pleasuring or fingering can also break it.

That hairstyle is pretty easy. Make sure your hair is straightened and then take the amout of hair you want up. Don't tighten it and just make it loose to make that poof. Then take hair spray and spray it to it stays in place and then you could eather tie it but I think if you use bobby pins it would look much better.

Other hair styles you could do is scrunching your hair. It looks cute on anyone and it's really easy. Curling your hair or just having natrual curs. Putting your bangs up creating that small poof and then use bobby pins. Just play with your hair and you'll find a lot of cute hair styles. Is it better to excercise right after you wake up in the morning or right before you go to bed at night? Which one will give you more results? Also, any advice on what is the best type of excercise to do to lose weight and tone your whole body? Thanks!

Well, it's good to do both actually. It would be better to do it at night because you would be burning those calories that you put on during the day. In the moring it's basiclly the same thing. If I were you, I would do it in the afternoon or after you eat a meal and then later on at night, after you eat a meal. You just need to cut down on fats, sweets, and friend food and replace it with healthier things. Drink a lot of water, no soda and natrual juices. Go to www.toneteen.com and it will give you a whole bunch of exercises for each part of the body.

No, it's not the wrong defenition. It means both of the things because when you like someone soo much you tend to get over obsessed and then you can also be sprung by being whipped. In the song it means being whipped and doing everything his girlfriend tells him to do. I don't get mixed up because if I don't know what something means I won't answer the question and if you are going to correct me make sure you know what you're talking about. Thanks.

I really feel awful right now so I'll sum it up. When I got to my last class today a friend told me I was really stained. I went to the bathroom and i had blood on the back of my pants. It's so embarrasing. I feel like becoming a hermit crab. Share your experiences with me please.

I think that this has happened to soo many girls and if not yet, it will. It happened to me. I was in 7th grade and I was in my last hour too. It wasn't much blood so when it was time to go home I just put my bookbag over it. I was so embarassed!!

I don't really know if this is considered "love life" or "friendship" cause it's kind of both. Anyways, I'm a senior in high school, and I'm not really one to go out and get guys attention, or talk about them all that often. I mean I certainly think about them as often as the next girl. But anyways, one of my friends is totally boy crazy, she's into about every guy she meets, but the guys never really like her. Maybe it's because she's so obsessive? I don't understand why you loose friends over this. I know that you don't mean to hurt those guys feeelings by telling them the truth, but that's the right thing to do of you and it's better if you just tell them how you feel then lieng to them. Just because you don't like them in that sort of way doesn't mean you can't still talk and be friends. You shouldn't be jelous of your friend because you can find things to talk about with them too.

The type of dress you could wear is the shorter type. Try on all of them until you find what fits you best. I think that dresses up to your knees and that are flowy on the bottom would be great for you. I don't have any websites for you so I'm sorry.
