There are registries that informally name stars. They send you a fancy diploma and mark the name on a list, but the IAU(the organization that actually does name stars) doesn't recognize these names.

I dont know which religion to go with. I dont like christianity because alot of the people around here are fake and they just pretend like they are really good. I know some of you arent going to like me for saying that, but whatever. I dont believe in god. I mean, I believe that there was a man named Jesus and he was a great guy and everything, he helped the poor, and all that. But I dont believe he was sent down from god and all that magical stuff. I just think that the best thing is to love one another and be nice and kind and tolerant. I dont believe in heaven or hell, they were both made up to scare people. And i dont understand why people say god is so forgiving, he will forgive you of your sins and whatever, but then everyone says that bad people are sent to hell. Why doesn't god forgive them?!?! So those I believe were just made up to scare people, "you wont get into heaven if you do this, youll go to hell if you do that." So basically does anyone know of a religion or faith? I just want one that is tolerant of all other religions and one that focuses more on the future than on the past. Supports the wellness of the world and its people and one thats not based all on money. Preferrably one thats liberal, democratic. Oh yeah I have already seen Buddhism and thought about that one... so anything other than that would be great!!! thank you so much, sorry its long

In the wikipedia link, be aware that all abrahamic religions believe in a god, dharmic religions believe in the law, and taoic religions believe in the way. You don't absolutely need a religion, you can just live with whatever your outlook on life is. Don't take those "which religion is right for me" tests, and don't worry about eternal damnation.
Unitarian Universalism is a good one for people that don't believe in anything, but want the same community a religion provides.

Cookies aren't much of a threat. Don't worry about them. They're tiny bits of text, and it can show advertisers which sites you go to, but it doesn't allow them to steal your personal info or ruin your computer. Every time to select "remember me" on a login form, it's saving a cookies. Th banner ads at advicenators probably leave a tracking cookie. If you want to delete them(which will log you out of every site), go to tools>internet options. If you use IE7, click delete on the general tab. If you use an earlier version, click "delete cookies". For firefox, go to tools>clear private data, make sure cookies are selected, and click "delete private data".

Alright, I just started on Mod the Sims 2 trying to download new stuff for my game. I've never used it before, and i don't understand how to download anything! I registered, and I downloaded a recoulor thing. But when I click the download button to download a wallpaper, I don't know what file to open with. That's my main problem-what file should I open this file with and more importantly-how do I get to that file?

No, there's no way to do that. Number of questions rated is just in this month, so it wouldn't make sense to sort by this value. You can set a minimum amount of questions answered(which usually correlates to questions rated):

Okay so you know how on a myspace profile you can hide stuff (like comments..friends..stuff like that) ..well when you have mozilla..all you have to do is click on "no style" and you can see all of the things that are hidden.

All the code that is added to myspace to change it is Cascading Style Sheets(CSS). The browser always has the option not to use the CSS. If you look at the source code, all of the stuff that you hid is still there, just not displayed. Simple browsers like lynx, the off-by-one browser, or the GoogleBot will ignore your CSS, and display your content. Myspace doesn't allow you to actually remove the content, so there is no way to absolutely hide it.

okay so 3 weeks ago, i hooked up with this kid, and then that night [like, 3 hours after i made out with him] he began to get the symptons of mono, and then next thing i know, hes out of school for a while.
so here is my question: do i have a risk of getting mono because he got it that night?
Yes, you could have it. Its incubation time(the time from infection to symptoms) is very long, up to a month and a half. If you start getting flu-like symptoms, go to the doctor. It's not life-threatening or anything; surely nothing to be too worried about(It's nothing like AIDS, even very different in how you can be infected). I wouldn't go to the doctor's before you get symptoms.

If you push 'delete your column' on the site map will it delete it write away or will it say 'Are you sure you want to delete' or something? Supid question I know. I just was going to click on something else and I almost pushed the link to delete my column.

How do I go about throwing up.
I'm not bulimic but I feel sick, and it's like the stomach flu, I know that if I can just throw up I will feel better.
So is there a sure fire way to do this. I have a deep throat so using just my fingers doesn't work.

The only sure-fire way of making yourself throw up is to drink Syrup of Ipecac or eat Algarot Powder. You can buy Syrup of Ipecac at most pharmacies. You can also try drinking a bunch of water, though that won't work nearly as well.
You really shouldn't try to make yourself throw up, it's not very healthy and probably won't make you feel better.

I just finished The Book Thief (about the holocaust/bombing) and it honestly changed my life. I want to do something about genocide and war, but I don't know what to do- I'm only 16.
I looked up Amnesty International, but they honestly do nothing but complain and write letters/petitions. Does anyone have any ideas for things I can do? Organizations that help places such as Darfur? I feel so helpless and I want to DO something...

Use a semitransparent paintbrush in the color you want(make it semitransparent using the opacity slider). You make it look shiny by making it lighter on one side(including up or down).
I use the GIMP, not Adobe® Photoshop® Software, so I can't tell you exactly how to do this.
