Okay so you know how on a myspace profile you can hide stuff (like comments..friends..stuff like that) ..well when you have mozilla..all you have to do is click on "no style" and you can see all of the things that are hidden.
i want to know how to block those things, even with mozilla so nobody can see anything. does anyone know how to do that? thanks.
theymos answered Saturday May 5 2007, 3:31 pm: All the code that is added to myspace to change it is Cascading Style Sheets(CSS). The browser always has the option not to use the CSS. If you look at the source code, all of the stuff that you hid is still there, just not displayed. Simple browsers like lynx, the off-by-one browser, or the GoogleBot will ignore your CSS, and display your content. Myspace doesn't allow you to actually remove the content, so there is no way to absolutely hide it. [ theymos's advice column | Ask theymos A Question ]
