Does anyone know how to put make up in your picture on adobe photoshop like how professionals do?
Like if my lips are dull, somehow make it shiney or just make it look like i wore something on my lips using photoshop?

As for color on your lips you can ALSO use to burn tool. Just be careful bc it may come out too dark. If it does, switch from burn tool, to 'dodge tool' and lighten it a bit.
