Q: Okay I went out with this one guy. I broke up with him and I just realized I still like him btw his name is Wes. But, I don't know if he likes me back? I have another boyfriend and he likes me alot but when ever I'm around him I fell like all he wants is sex or some action. Okay, so you still like Wes, but you only think that he wants sex or something else, right? Well, ask him. I know it sounds awkward, or wrong, but it is the only posible action. If you think about it, you can't know for sure if that is atually what he wants unless you actually ask. I know that you still can't tell if he is telling the truth, but if he doesn't tell the truth to you then he won't tell anyone else the truth. Also, if you continue to come back to your boyfriends after breaking up with them, or after they break up with you then they will take advantage of you. You can't always run back because they will assume that you will always come back, and they won't really care if they break up with you, or if you break up with them. They will just say "She'll be back." You don't want to be known as that. If you continue to dump boys no one will want to go out with you in fear that you will just dump them after the first week, or after they get boring. I know that that sounds wrong, but that is what people do, and think because they think that people are stuck in a cycle where they continue to do the same things over and over. If you don't trust other boys, they won't be able to trust you. Trust is a two-way thing. If you do something to lose someone's trust then it is sometimes hard to trust them. I know that this is a long answer, but I really don't want to mess you up with the wrong side of things. I guess what I am trying to tell you is that I can't decide for you, because i don't know this boy or you. I can't tell you that the choice that you made or make is correct or wrong. No matter what you chose, remember that no one is perfect and that no matter what happens, I want you to learn from it. If he breaks your heart, learn to be more carefull with the boys you pick. If you two grow up and get married, learn that you should take chances more often. But I think that you should think about your boyfriend that you are already going out with. Okay, so you really love this girl and she really loves you. What you should do is like tell her what you told us but in diferent words, and without the story(of coarse). Pretty much what you have to do is tell her that she is who you want and no one else. tell her that she could never hurt you, and that even if she did that she would have still taken the risk. Also that she hurt you once and you still loved her, if she does it again, you will still love her. Tell her that if she doesn't take the chance that she will regrett it later. She will always wonder what would have happened if she had gone out with you that last time. Tell her that you love her and that you could never go out with another person because you would be lieing to yourself, the girl, and her and that you could never do that. ( just to let you know, you should probably say this in your own words, so that it sounds like something you are saying not me! and you should try to catch her at a meaningfull time, like the other night, that was special, so use that to get her to understand that you lover her! okay, first things first, you have to decide what you are willing to loose. if you aren't willing to loose all of those things that you named,(boyfriend,best friend, best guy friend) then you have to decide how to talk to your guyfriend, and tell him the truth. If you don't tell him the truth, you won't be being truthfull to yourself or him, and that isn't right. Then you need to decide how you think of him. Do you like him? Don't think of your boyfriend for a minute, and think about him. What does he mean something special to you or are you just friends(siblings). you have to get over the boy. I know that that doesn't sound fun or right, but it is true. If you don't feel the same while you are with him (as in you don't like him anymore) then you can't continue to go out with him and expect anything different. Find someone else or find something to do, you will get over him in time. He obviously is over you. You trying to get him back could cost you your friendship with your friend. You wouldn't want that. Q: I'm trying to eat healthy, and I wanted to know some foods you recommend for the following catagories that are healthy. Please be specific, I need all the guidelines I can get (and I am pairing it with exercise). Thank you!

Breakfast- (fast) cereal, grain as in hunny nut cherios or frosted wheats. (when you have time) Eggs, toast, milk,pancakes,or french toast and a piece of fruit. Apple, bannana, or oranges taste the best for breakfast. (just make sure not to eat too much of anything, except for the fruit)

Lunch- a sandwich(as in ham and cheese, or turkey, or tunafish) with a peice of fruit and a glass of V8 or fruit juice, or water. and if you don't have time, just try to stay away from the pizza.

snack- I have found that celary sticks and peanutbutter are a very good snack but you could also eat carrot sticks, or a peice of fruit. chips are worse than you think! LOL!

Dinner-Try to eat a little bit of everything, but make sure that you don't eat too much of all of it and try to excercise afterwards. a little run or some jumping jacks is okay,you don't have to overdo it.

( don't take me wrong when I give you ideas of what to eat, you don't always have to eat perfect. you can eat pizza and chips every once and a while. As long as you excercise or do something afterwards, and don't always eat pixxa and chips or that won't help a bit.)

when you see him, there should be a hint when he talks to you. If he only thinks you as a friend he will treat you different, but if you are still "together" then he will show it in the way he talks and acts. But if you can't tell then ask him about himself, ask if he has a girlfriend and if he sais no then start talking about how much you have missed him and tell him that you don't have a boyfriend either, and other things like that. You are right when you say that it is about time that he knows that you have a crush on him, but it sounds like you are getting a little nervous. Why don't you find things about him that you like and dislike, find out facts about his personality, (please do not have any of your friends stalk him...a boy that liked me once tried that and it scared the crap out of me!)get to know a lot of his friends so that you don't feel awkward around them and so you can hang out with him while he is with his friends. After you have acomplished one, a few, or all of these, begin to show your feelings to him...but don't get too carried away, you might scare or confuse him. After a while, if he shows affection or interest, ask him out to the movies, for a walk through the park, friendly picnic, ect... well, your sister doesn't always have to be an idiot, it just seems like it to you. She probablyu doesn't leave you alone because she looks up to you and she wants to be with you. She loves you and she thinks that that means that she has to spendevery waking moment with you.Also It might only seem like your parents take her side because she is your sister. But if they really do only take her side then it is probably because she is your little sister. But the best thing you could do is to talk to your parents, they will understand. What you should do, is talk to him and like ask him out, and all that stuff, and then tell her. If you tell her before she will be the one to tell him. If you tell her afterwards, she can't get mad at you for not telling her, because tecnacely you aren't. Also, do everything that you want to do with him, but don't tell him unless you don't care about it getting out. Q: My 9th grade math teacher is so sweet! I am in 10th grade now, and my teacher for Geometry is not a good teacher, so I go to my 9th grade teacher for help! and last year she helped so much, and this year she is helping a lot too! I want to get a picture frame, and on the outside put a wooden ruler and a wooden protractor and a crayon and a pencil. She is from Texas, and proud, so I want to add something from that, but I dont know what. Q: Okay. How are you supposed to get rid of under-eye bags?? I hope no one will answer with the word "sleep" because I get plenty. More than enough. And I conceal the bags everyday with concealer. And it might be genetic/stress-related/hereditary, I KNOW. Just tell me how, without purchasing anything, can I get rid of the bags under my eyes?

Have you ever seen or heard of the spas puting Cucomber slices over people's eyes? That's why. There are two ways that I know of to get over him and still be friends. First you can find another boy to like, that will work with most people, because you have a new goal. And second you can not get over him. Just because you want to be friends, doesn't mean that you have to get over him. He might change or might not, but you will still like him. He will always be him no matter what you do or say. So you have to make a decision, if you will be able to live with the way he is or not. Then you can decide what to do.
