I'm 6'11" 430lbs Male. I need a plan for weight loss, and i need to lose it soon. My doctor has suggested surgery, and i do not want to go there until i absoulty have to. It is literally killing me. Please give me some low cost solutions on losing weight. Thanks.

Ive noticed in the last few months I am always tired when I wake up. And its not because lack of sleep because no matter how early i go to sleep or how late i wake up or vice versa I always feel the same. Any suggestions? What can I do to make myself feel better and not be so tired in the morning?

I am thirteen and I have lots of friends at school but my best friend is scared to spend the night at my house. In order to try to get her to, I have to either pay her money or give her my most valuable possesion. It's really gay. If she spends the night at my house, she has to have another friend come WITH her and she picks people that I hate to come so she's never been over to my house! How can I get her to spend the night at my house without having to bribe or pay her? HELP!!! ASAP!!!

Ok this is weird but i want to get my ear pierced and my friend has a peircing gun. But my parental unit had a problem with it. But i am 17 i should be able to pierce my own ear. So the question is should i just go pierce it and come home to see what happens or not?
Well you are old enough, i think you shoudl just get them pierced, but remember they can get infected and it is not good at all to use a gun b/c i read somewhere that it is way better to use needles then guns.

Hi, I'm 14/f and I've been in dance for 9 years. The only thing is, I really suck. I'm not just saying this, I really do. I'm one of the worst in my class, and I get cruddy parts in my recitals. My teacher plays favorites, and I'm not one of them, because I'm not good. A lot of the people who are really good are huge snobs about it. They're like, obsessed with themselves. My other friend is in the same situation. (we go to the same dance school). We want to quit, but we can't, for a number of reasons. We'd be leaving some of our friends. We might as well just wait until we graduate, because that's when most people quit. (when someone quits before they graduate, my dance teacher talks badly about them, and all the snobby girls laugh). Our moms would get mad. Also, they both say if we quit, we have to join something else, but we don't like anything else. We're not good at sports. I don't even like dancing because I'm not good. And even if I was, I don't think it's really my thing. But don't tell me to quit, because I just can't. I just need help. I want to get better, because I think if I get better, I'd feel better about my self. (I'm very self concious about my dancing) But my teacher doesn't like me and my friend, so I can't ask her for tips. (like, if we're doing something wrong, she just says that's wrong and doesn't tell us how to do it) Does anyone know any exercises to get your leg higher in your arabesque, get your feet in 5th position, do splits, have balance, etc.? Hi, I was just browsing the net when I came across this! So heres the
thing, I'm sure it's over told, I really like this guy at my school. I
find that he's hard to read though, like somedays he'll act like he's
really into me, and likes me, but others he doesn't say a word and acts
uninterested. So, here's what makes me think he is; He teases me in a
flirty way sometimes, and seems to like it when I laugh. He remembers
stuff that we've talked about before, even if I said it like in front
of the class, or mumbled it under my breath. This one time in class, he
was talking and when he said the word "amazing" he was definitly
looking at me. Sometimes he'll smile at me in the halls. When I needed help
with the copier he helped me, and seemed sort of nervous, more so
because it was just us, rather than around all of his freinds and class
mates. I also think he might have been staring at me a couple of times,
it's yet to be proven. But, we really have no connection outside of
school. Somedays, it's like he hasn't noticed me in the room, or
sneaking looks at him, I want him to see me! I've been flirting as
discretly yet noticably as humanly possible! I think he's noticed, but I
think maybe were both being to shy. I would ask him out, but I really
don't want to be rejected from him. I really like him so much. I don't
know too much about him either, I know that he hunts, likes fish (as in
pets), plays football, and loves poker and card games. He knows that
I'm in Tae Kwon Do, and am a vegetarian, and also that I've volunteered,
he even said I was special when I said I volunteered without a
sarcastic tone. I think he likes me too, but he's making it hard, or maybe I'm

I love gymnastics, but I went to this one gym and I had no friends there. Yes, i am pathetic like that. So I switched gyms and it seems like they don't really like me there either so I don't really have any friends there. And it's a pretty lonely 3 hours each night when no one really likes you or talks to you. i love competing but i just have no friends there are theres no other gyms around. the only reason i don't want to quit is because i love tumbling and i'll get fat and won't be known as the strongest girl in my school anymore. but i love gymnastics i just dont have friends and i hate wearing a leotard. should i quit? i only went to 2 practices at this new gym, but i don't really like it. i'm gonna look like an idiot quitting after this soon, but i don't want my parents to buy all the new team leo's, warm ups, and evrything
I think that you should not quit if you really like tumbling. Just try to talk to the others, try making new friends. If you really like doing this then stick wiht it.
If you have trouble going up to people and just talking to them and if you have nothing to talk about then ask them how long they have been tumbling for or where they are from and just gymnast stuff, liek that.
