There isnt a way to make them bigger...but you can make them appear bigger by using a push-up bra..but thats only depending on the size of your boobs now on how it will look. but thats about the only option you have. like the person before said you sound young give it time.

This is waht i have been doing.
I lost 15lbs the first 2 weeks then 35lbs total in 5 months.... and I didn't get sick or unhealthy but whatever.
anyways here it is:
No more then 20 carbs the first two weeks
No more then 40 carbs the next two weeks
then 60 all the way up to 80 carbs
What you can eat (basics):
-Salads (no ranch dressing ... check carbs.. make sure its under 4 carbs)
-Cheese (check carbs)
-Hamburgers/cheese burgers without bun
-Eggs/hard boiled eggs
-whip cream
-caffeen free coke (even t hough coke has no carbs its still bad)
-coke zero
-bakon
-sassege
-chicken
-cheesee of pizza
-pork rines w/this onion dip i think
-those are jsut some ideas theres alot more you just have to make sure you have under 20 carbs a day.
What not to eat(basics):
-Chips
-Bread
-Milk
-Regular Coke
-Candy
-Pizza
-chineese
-mcdonalds (you can have most of there salads just not th eone with breaded chicken)
-just make sure you stay under 20 carbs...if your parental unit says its unhealthy then sorry bout that. ... but it worked for me. If you workout and do crunches and jog you will lose weight faster and more inches or whatever around your waist.

that rumor has been going on for years. after the gov't decided it would be illegal to download songs at no cost since it was losing money to the artist and stores they said they would be cracking down on people using websites to get free music. they also said they would be giving heavy fines to people. i dont think you have anything to worry about but getting caught. hope i helped

A girl can usually tell if a guy's actions are sincere or not. but some are hard to understand. i know how this goes with the whole big boob thing (i feel ya it happens to me all the time) This one is a hard one to crack considering it could either be a booty call or he really wants to be with you. Your best bet is just to ask him straight out but if your not comfortable with that have one of your close friends ask and just be like "hey do you like *ur name* you seem to mess with her alot" or something along those lines. Well, I am about 4'10" and it is mostly legs. I have really long legs and I'm skinny, maybe about 83 or 84 pounds or so. I am under 14 yrs. old if that helps. Well it is really hard to find pants that fit right. I just want some pants that fit me in the thighs and butt and are long enough so I can atleast wash them and they will still fit really well. Because I used to wear 10 slim put they are way to short in the length. My thighs are pretty small and so is my butt. I am trying to gain weight but it isn't helping.
I just want some jeans that are long and fit nice. So if anyone can help me in anyway with that, or if you have tips that would be great!

When you buy your pants you have to get them in say like 10 slim long.Make sure their always long. I have the same problem im really tall and its hard to find pants that fit and pants that come in long are your only source. Hope i helped!

Diet pills arent really good for you but if thats how you want to do it then Relacore is really good (you can buy it in the store) my sister has been using it, major changes! Also theres these vinegar pills they work to but their real nasty. Also Fahrenheit works i just recently started using them ive lost 3 lbs. Good luck!

i have the same problem i was just looking online about it. i dont remember the site but it said to change the calories you eat everyday. Dont eat the same foods everyday because your body adjust to it and if you eat say 2500 calories a day your body adjust to burning 2500 calories a day. Also when you change the calories you eat everyday your body eats the food and then starts eating away at a fat tissue. Also change up your exercise routine run one day, walk the next, the next day play a sport/game.
For your abs:
Side pushup-Step 1:Rest on your left forearm,your shoulder directly over your elbow. Bend your knees,but keep your torso and thighs aligned. Rest your right arm comfortably at your side. Step 2: Raise your hips until your spine straightens. Hold for five counts, then lower.Repeat 5-10 times before switching. After four weeks,hold the position for ten counts.
Reverse Crunch: step 1: lie on your back with knees up, hands behind your head and ankles crossed. Step 2: As you flex your abdominals, pull your knees toward your shoulders to lift your hips off the floor. At the same time, raise your head and shoulders.(if you're struggling, try lifting only your hips) Hold for two counts. Do eight to 12 repetitions

My ex-boyfriend just got locked up in juvi. We only broke up a week ago and we dated on and off for about a year and a half. We both still have feelings for one another. Anyways, his grandma and grandpa (whom he was staying with) called me last night and told me the whole story. His grandpa was on the other phone (different #) with Justin. His grandpa was saying Justin said he loved me and he wanted my address and stuff (to write, no phone calls or visits allowed.) The deal is, his grandparents were really sweet and sincere to me the whole time, though they were pretty broken up and crying, as was I. The thing is, since me and Justin were kind of on the verge of getting back together (that has nothing to do with what I'm about to say...just some info) his grandparents get to go see him tonight at 7. It's a half an hour away from town and its almost 4 now. Should I give them a call to check up and see how things are going, or would that seem like a pest? I don't think they would mind in the least, I just wanted to make sure it was an appropriate gesture and what I should say.
P.S. I'm pretty sure they would call me after they got back but I didn't know if I should call just in case.

This may be hard to believe but not every "pretty/sexy/hot/gorgeous" girl gets a guy. Thats only in like movies, most do, but not everyone. Guys may like you but they can feel intimidated to tell you, it can be hard for guys to tell girls they like, especially if their friends with the girl because they dont want to ruin the friendship they have. Also are you coming off as a flirty person that maybe wants a bf or just being "one of the guys"..i talked to my guy friend and he said that most likely your being "one of the guys" and they dont quite see you as gf material. Wow this is a pretty long story and I really don't know where to start. OK I met a guy on an online chat place and we hit it off really well and really liked eachothers personalities. We decided to start talking on the fone and got into the habit of having a daily conversation and became pretty close. He lives in Staten Island and is 18 while I live in N.J. and am 16. Neways we decided to meet @ my house 1 day after school buh my mom somehow got his # and called him and told him that if he ever stepped foot into my hose she would call the police and get him in jail. I got grounded 4 a month because I had lied to my mom about our relationship. A month has passed and during that month we weren't really allowed to talk. Now that that month is over I called him and we are officially dating even though we've never seen eachother which is quite strange. He's really busy with work all the time and he only has 10 minutes in his day to talk 2 me. It's really hard 4 me to live with 10 minutes a day having never met him because i feel like we need to talk more often. I confronted him about my needs and he told me that he's always really busy and he never really has time, which I completly understand. It's really hard 4 me to go through my days not knowing when we're going to meet because we both run on tight ass schedules. I love him a lot and he's the only guy that truly understands how I feel about everything. We plan to meet extremely soon, like in a week or two but I'm just wondering if it'll last?? Long distance relationships are really difficult and what makes it even harder is the fact that he's muslim and i'm jewish. I know how you feel i hit it off with a guy like that but it never worked out,unfortunately. But listen to your heart if you truely feel the way you say that you do then you will make it work. Long distance relationships are hard and having two different religions is as well. As much as im sure you dont want to hear this no matter how much you want to be with him your mom isnt going to let you from what i can see. Not only is the age going to be the problem but the different religion may be another but i dont know your mom that well so i cant say for sure. I'd say talk to your close friend and see how you feel after you talk about it chances are you may feel completely different after getting it laid out on the table.
As far as getting over him its going to take time but if you truely feel for him you probably wont. Only thing i can really tell you is to listen to your heart and theres nothing you can do about the distance from eachother. Long distance relationship works but it also brings alot of jealousy and heartbreaks because your constantly worrying if their cheatin on you and all that stuff. Good luck! follow your heart.

7 months ago i moved to maine. from florida well i left my ex down there and i really love him and he loves me just not as much as i love him. well im 17 and ill be 18 in october. over the summer i plan on going to florida to visit. well i really don't want to come back i hate it here so much. i have like 5 friends and it just sucks.

Theres only one explanation, follow your heart. Moving in with your ex could be bit of a problem for one if your relationship doesnt work out where do you go next? and second even if you guys get along really well now, living with them could be different because you see all their flaws and habits. Talk to your parents they may let you if you give a good enough explanation, when they ask who your going to live with make sure its someone they know and trust very well that will help make things a bit easier. yeah i can relate my gym teacher is a lesbian, imagine that! Just ignore the whole thing if you dont know for a fact that she is some people act that way but really arent. As for her touching you when she does tell her to stop because its uncomfortable, im sure you know that can get her fired. Also if you feel like you need to get out of her class talk to your counselor get switched to another teacher that teaches that class if you tell your counselor the reason they will definitaly switch you, they will regardless. Other than switching out of her class or ignoring the whole idea of her being a "lesbo" theres not much you can do. GOOD LUCK!

theres no easy way of getting rid of it, hickys are bruises basically. You can wear concealer till if fades away. i also read on google if your a slow healer take vitamins and eat healthy foods it gives a better chance of healing faster. GOOD LUCK!
p.s since its usually cold this time of year(depending on where youlive) you could just wear sweatshirts till its gone.
