Going on any form of diet is pointless unless you know what your body needs. As soon as you go off the diet (or stop taking pills), you will gain back all the weight you just lost because it is not a normal lifestyle.
You should just teach yourself to eat healthy. Pay attention to what and how much you eat.
Counting calories is a great way to teach yourself how much you should be eating. I think you'd be suprized how much they add up over the little things. [ jbdreamer's advice column | Ask jbdreamer A Question ]
CrystaL_CleaR answered Thursday January 19 2006, 4:52 pm: hi,
DO NOT TAKE DIET PILLS, there are sooo many other ways to loosing weight that are natural and healthy!! you will only be setting yourself up for a dead end with diet pills. they can lead to diseases and they can make you VERY sick. if you want to lose weight than try a diet or workout everyday, just dont do anything that can harm your health like patches or pills ok?
please done...good luck [ CrystaL_CleaR's advice column | Ask CrystaL_CleaR A Question ]
