hello! i'm abby. october is my birth month! i am a cheerleader on competition this year. i got hurt at one of the camps over the summer and now i am in a leg brace because of it. i tore a ligament and chipped a bone, all because i twisted my ankle. haha, i'm a klutz. and i am also a self-proclaimed helpless romantic, i've read too many fairytales. i am a non-cusser, and i hate hearing cuss words. love me or hate me, it's your choice.

OK i was wondering if anyone could tell me...where can you get really cheap mens pants and jeans, because i wanted to get some for my dad for christmas but i don't have much money and i wanted to get him like four pairs....(2 dress pants and 2 jeans) but i have a small budget....does anyone know where i can find cheap pairs like this!?!?!

I have an oral presentation to give on monday (it's powerpoint) and i'm terrified... like this is one of my biggest fears ever. Whenever i go to give a speech or something my voice starts really quivering and shaking and it sounds like i'm crying. Is there any way to stop this from happening? also... any other advice on giving speeches would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!!!

i've known my best friend,kelly, for 4 years now. and since we started high school she has changed, she doesn't tell me anything anymore. we still talk and hang out together and she gives me ride to school and i drop her off at her house after school. there is another girl ,jill, and she stays over her house all the time. and she tells jill everything. but jill says that some other girl,chris, is her best friend not kelly. so i don't know what to do. i feel so left out. kelly doesn't talk to online or on the phone she doesn't tell me personal stuff or anything. oh also kelly talks s**t about jill when she isn't there so i don't know whats up with her!

Usuall I would say friends aren't everything but this is an interesting case. She talks behind Jill's back but hands out with her all the time. I had something like this happen to me in 5th grade. Your freind ,Kelly, either has something wrong with her our just needs a good friend. I think you can be that good friend!

I used to be best friends with this girl but we fell out because I spent too much time with a new group of friends and my boyfriend. Now I just hang out with my boyfriend and the new group but my ex friend has started taking over. She's poisoning my friend's minds against, flirts with my boyfriend and is just generally taking my place. There is no way that we can ever be friends again but she's destroying what I have with my other friends too. What should I do?

Well first of all tell your friends that your exfriend is being extremly rude to you. When ever she comes into your group "We need to leave...now" and then start walking away and if they don't come i guess they aren't your friends anymore and find some new friends. I know that it is hard to do but I havd to do it once.

I have a rat and my brother gave me another one and put them in the same cage and they started fighting and one of them has cuts under his chin so I was wondering if I should just let them heal or do something about it.Thanks

Don't let the poor rats in the same cage! Put some cardboard in between them. If they nibble through you might have to get an extra cage.

This kid in my school, Danny, he knows I had an eating disorder problem, so I lost a really lot of weight; but everytime he sees me he makes some sort of rude comment. They all tend to be toward my weight. For instance at lunch I asked my friend if they had any money I could borrow because I left mine at home, and he said something rude like "What for lunch? Looks like you've eaten enough". Which totaly goes over my head because I've lost about 60lbs since the begining of last summer. So, how should I confront him, or should I not even bother I know theres got to be a way to shut him up without having to bring the principal into it or anything like that. Or should I just resort to that?

First of all go to a doctor they are going to be your greatest help. About your friends, if they keep being rude to you find some new friends.

im going up to New York for christmas and new years eve. Me and my friend want to do something awesome for new years eve because its the first year that were able to actually hang out with friends on new years eve, but then thing is we dont know what we want to do.. or what to do lol. what my question is, is does anyone have any ideas on what i can do for new years eve? thanks

Mabye go see a movie and then watch the ball hit New Year's Eve! That is the best thing. Also you could go out to dinner then go back to your hotel and then watch the ball hit New Year's Eve!

ok here's whats goin go i went out with a boy named austin he was real shy but he also had a friend who I like more (we'll call him zack) zack was more open more fun he could make me laugh and he was really sweet and cute and flirty. well me and austin broke up and I really like zack but im not sure if he knows Ilike him. some of my friends asked him and at first he was I dont know then he said yes and he said he seriously does but I dont think he does because when Isee him he acts as though he has no idea who I am. but my friends insist that he does butj he hasn't done anything and it's been like 2 months and im afriad to make a move beacause I'm shy , not as a girlfriend ( as a grilfriend im real open) but to shy to ask him. what do I do. I can never have a good day at school. I have alot of frieds but being that i have to get up in the morning i get cranky and when i get cranky i am just really quiet.. i know you'll tell me more sleep.. besides that what else could i do? because i sleep from 10:30-7:15

Well first of all try to get to sleep at 9:30-7:00. Refresh yourself, maybe take a quick shower. Excercise, it is vey important that you excercise. And eat a healthy breakfast!
