Okay well during the summer i met this kid neil at a fair .. we became friends and we both liked each other but nothing ever happened.. we just hung out a couple times - he's a senior and i'm a freshan well now i think i like him again and i don't how to show hime because i don't think he will care amymore .. so if you have any suggestions please help

try to tell him how you feel. if you are pretty close.. then you should have a good shot. sometimes, the more direct approach is better. having a friend asking gets on a guys nerves.

Hello, maybe you can start going out a little more(that always helps.) Write him a letter. Just be a little bit nicer that before with him.
