I think ive become desensitized to all the violence on tv. When I hear statistics about 10000 people dying somewhere I don’t feel anything. Its horrible but theres something wrong with me! Am I a sosciopath/psychopath?
No, there is nothing wrong with you. Everyone is desensitized now, if you remember when 9/11 happened a lot of older people were very very upset but most children and young adults were not phased by it. We just live in a different time then our grandparents did, which is why they become upset at things like that. We see things like that everyday on the news so to us it is normal, but our grandparents only could watch news reels before movies and listen to the radio.

i hate my life so much. just everything about it im always mad or sad never ever happy except with my friends which is only like every other 3 days. everyone of my friends have had a time they need all of us and now its me but nothing helps and im only happy with them. my parents dont let me express anything at all. so when i get mad its hell then im grounded. in my life everything bad happenes to me and my friends try to keep me out of it. they can tell out of everyone i am deppressed and what all happenes to me. so when i am with them we go scream till our lungs give out then im fine for a day then im mad enough to kill myself and they say ill end up suicidel. i have to wear pink and brights when im not with my friends. my mom thinks im deppressed and going gothic. no duh i have been for almost a year. and its not getting better they make it 10X worse. im crying my eyes out now. i canot get a therepist what else can i do.
Everything WILL get better. Believe me I know. I was in the same position you are in. Life can be very difficult at times, and I know that right now it seems like it has been this way for so long and that there is no way out of the cycle, But there really is. It is good that you can rely on your friends. Tell them everything. Write it all down in a notebook, if you are angry at someone write them a letter then rip it up. I Promise you that things will get better. Maybe there is someone at school you could talk to? A teacher that would just let you close the door and vent? Communitcations classes. Every college has diffrent programs and call them diffrent things (Journalism, mass communitcations,public speaking, public relations, brodcasting, radio and television) If you are in high school now I would recomend joining the newspaper staff.

Just slowly stop talking to her. When she invites you over, just say your busy. Don't confront her or talk behind her back. You could also become more involved in something at school or get a job. It means that one of the worst things in life is watching someone you care about be in pain, whether it be emotional or pyshical and you can't do anything to ease their pain. It is really about relationships in general. It means that if you worry about small unimportant things like drama, clothes, being popular and even just having as many friends as possible you can end up pushing really great people away.

Tell him that he needs to decide between the two of you. Then explain why you think you are the best choice for him, but try not to trash talk about this other girl becuase that might make him think that you are the bitchy one. Look, he does not sound like he has any real feelings for you. You cannot keep hooking up with him, you are only making things more difficult for yourself. DO NOT tell him that you love him until you know you do for sure. Otherwise he will just end up getting hurt. And just tell him exactly that. Explain that you believe he loves you, but that you are not sure that you feel that strongly for him. You don't have to say it, But PLEASE if you do say it make sure you mean it.
