so there's this guy...
ok so there's this guy and we'll call him jim. jim is like my deffinition of a perfect guy, and ive liked him for a long time [6th, 7th, and now 8th grade] and he likes me back. so lately its been going really well and were not like going out or anything, but we kissed and stuff and have been flirting and talking a lot too. so yesterday he called me and told me he still likes me, but he also likes this other girl too. well call her emily. so emily is a total bitch, who flirts with every single guy and leads them on. its gay and im not jsut saying that cause jim likes her. i dont understand why he likes her, shes so like un-genuine and i dont know. oh and well she likes him back too [along with 3 other guys which jim donest know about]. and first of all i cant believe emily would try to like make a move on jim because well the whole school knows about jim and i, like a sort of "unnamed couple" and so ugh i dunno. what should i do? should i move on or keep holding on to jim? i mean i cant decide who he should like, so im completly vulnerable! helpp please!

Tell him that he needs to decide between the two of you. Then explain why you think you are the best choice for him, but try not to trash talk about this other girl becuase that might make him think that you are the bitchy one. If he wants to be with you, thats great! If not, then move on and maybe someday down the road you can be together. Good luck!
