it means that its really sad and awful watching a freind suffering for a reason(can be any reason) or in need of help and you dont know how to help your freind.

It means that one of the worst things in life is watching someone you care about be in pain, whether it be emotional or pyshical and you can't do anything to ease their pain. One example is when a friend has a broken heart, all you can do is give a shoulder to cry on, but they have to do all the healing themselves.

lol. This is the quote I live on. Basically, it means that it hurts to see someone that you love suffering, when you cant help in any way. For example, if you watched your best friend being stabbed and you're being held back, it hurts you to know that you cant stop their pain.

it means that there is nothing worse than watching someone you care about be hurt really badly and not being able to help. like lets say your friends mother dies, there's really not much you can do.. since nothing can bring her back. so you feel really bad because you want to help soooo badlyy, but you just can'ttt. =) hope i helpeddd ♥
