if she has a cramp on her foot or something, then massage it. I've had cramps before, and it works. If someone has a cramp, its a sign that they're not having enough vitamins. so maybe to prevent it from happening again, maybe she should take some vitamins once a day. I hate cramps. hi...my name is anna. i like this guy who is a year older than me. hes really sweet, quiet, hillarious........and to my knoweledge hasnt have any-very many g/fs. everytime i see him i cant speak or anything. i saw him the other day and i ran. how stupid am i. Hey Anna! Okey, I think I can solve your problem cause I had the same thing happen to me last year and possibly this year...yeah. anyway, if you know one of his friends, just go up to one of his friends and go, "Hey can you tell him that I wanna talk to him?" and if you're temted to run away while they ask him then have one of your friends hold you back. then just go up to him, say hi, and after that it'll be all over, and trust me, you'll feel way less nervous. Read some of the Chicken soup for the Preteen Soul books because I have two of those and they have amazing stories about stuff that happens to them at your age. It'll make you laugh and possibly cry (it made me cry lol). I also suggest any book by Ben Mikaelson, they're mostly adventure, but I'm sure you'll like them.

I like this guy at my school ALOT. He is in 5 of my classes, but I have no idea how to tell him I like him. I don't want to write a note, because then he could show other people. Any good ideas of how to tell him that I like him?

Get his email address, phone number, IM...anything so that it would be just you and him talking. Then just tell him truthfully. I suggest you use IM because its fast, theres a garuntee that you twoo are alone, and, yeah. so, just tell him and dont be afraid cause you two are computer screens apart. who knows, maybe he likes you, too :) hope I helped.

Well, just bring up stuff like "do you have a girlfriend?" or something that you can talk about for a long time like "are your teachers mean?" or "popular kids are soo stupid". you know, random things. Maybe sports or movies are some other examples. I have trouble with conversation starters alot, too, especially with my friends Kyle, Chris, and Mickey. Lol, hope I helped.

Why do guys always have to date popular girls?Why cant they date a regular girls?

well, not all guys are lyke that, you know? Some guys just like gurls with fake asses and big boobs and stuff. But there are some guys that are sweet and like girls because of their personality, not just because of their looks. Its usually the case that popular girls will be more likely to kiss their boyfriends then regular girls, and that prolly part of it. Ok, if your boyfriend is really that good of a boyfriend, then he'll trust you and believe that it really is a part of that song. I mean, if you dont trust eachother, then thats not a relationship. I have to do a speech and presentation in English on Tuesday. I am really nervous and hate looking at people, and if I look at my friends I just laugh. However, I can't get anything higher than a B if I don't have 'audience awareness' and I have to get all A's. So does anyone have any tips on how to be less nervous or how I can have more 'audience awareness' or even how to stop myself laughing at the funny parts of my presentation?

Ok, i'm pretty used to being in front of people, whether its for a student council speech or for a project. If you wanna get good, you have to learn to trust your class. I mean, to me, if my classmates laugh at me, I'm okey with it. I think you should look at your friends because they'll just smile at you and it'll help you feel less nervous. If you dont wanna look straight at your class, look straight above their heads. Not that "ew you have dandruff" stare, but just stare straight above their heads and it'll look like you're looking at them. I mean, once you get the hang of it you'll feel comfortable. Dont be nervous, just be glad that you'll get over with it. I hope I helped!

I was at my cousin's house when he got a call from his other friend, Tyler. We were playing Halo2, and Sam just kept talking to this "Tyler." Then, I guess Tyler heard me make comments baout the game, he said he wanted to talk to me. We talked for a while, and then we hung up. He called several otehr times that day. And on the last call for the day, Tyler said he wanted to meet me.

When I got home from staying at Sam's house, IO got on Runescape. Sam and Tyler were on. I talked to Sam and Tyler on teh PM messaging, and Tyler must have sent me something by accident. It read: "Will I like her?" It got me pretty suspicious. I asked sam, and he said Tyler told him he liked me. I thought: "No big deal. He'll get over it." But I still wanted to meet him. He seemed pretty cool.

So, two weeks later, I stayed at Sam's again when I met Tyler. He was cool. We played a lot of video games, and had fun. But, late at night before we went to sleep, Tyler asked me out!! I refused, cause, y'know. I had a BF. And he went pretty okay with it. For now.

When I went home from that stay, my mom told me I couldn't go to stay the night at Sam's anymore. Tears and such. Anyway, when I got on Runescape today, Tyler was on too. He kept asking me questions like: "When you break up wit ur BF and I break up wit my GF, will you go out wit me?" and "You're beautiful and charming" and "When I learn to drive, will you go on my frist date with me?"
I couldn't take it. Before I could say anything more, he said he had to get off. I said bye to him and that was it. I need to do something about this. I only want him as my friend, but I don't know how to get him off my back! He won't stop takling about how much he likes me!

Ok, so you think this Tyler guy is "cool" but you dont wanna go out with him because you have a boyfriend, right? Ok, got it. So, this is what you do. The next time you see him at Sam's house or the next time you see him online at runescape, just straight out tell him, "Hey. Ok, yeah, I think you're pretty cool as a friend. But I dont like you that way. I have a boyfriend, and were probably staying together for a long time. And even if I do break up with him, I still dont have those kinds of feeling torwards you. I mean, I think its really flattering that you like me and you think that I'm beautiful and all, but no. Its not neutral. It wouldnt be right. And I'm sorry, and I hope you'll understand." And maybe if he's a good friend, he really will understand. And while you're at it, tell him this, "Hey I think its nice that you talk about me and stuff, but I dont really like hearing about myself all the time, lol. Lets get off of the subject for a while." But, I mean, if that doesnt work, then maybe you can tell Sam to talk to him. Anyway, I know exactly how you feel and i can tell that Tyler is just waiting for you to break up wif ur BF. I wasn't sure what to put this under.. My bestest guy friend told me the other day that he liked me since the day he saw me... Ok, if hes THAT good enough to be a best friend, then he'll understand and not be whacked about it. I mean, this is just one of those tests that God throws at you to see if you would know what to do. So, I'd do this. Just go up to him and tell him "hey, I know you like me, but I just see you as a best friend. I mean, I dont wanna hurt our relationship and even if we didnt go out, I dont feel the same way. I'm sorry." and maybe he'll understand. If he does understand, then he's a really awesome best friend. If not, then I'm not really sure what to say. And if you dont feel comfortable telling him face-to-face, then tell him on the phone, email, or IM. I hope I helped.

I'm really scared. I will soon have to have 2 teeth pulled! I was wondering how much it hurts, can you feel them actually pulling the teeth out, and how long it takes for it to stop hurting after you get them pulled. Please help! I'm really scared!!! I rate 5's by the way.

Ok, I've had teeth pulled before, so I have experience, trust me. Ok, they'll most likely numb your gum so it wont hurt as bad, but remind them to wait a little while for the numbness to kick it so it wont hurt. the first time I got them pulled they didnt wait long enough so it hurt real bad! But, anyway, it does hurt a little bit, but just bear with them! To keep yourself occupied, I suggest you bring a CD player with you and keep your mind on other things besides "omg its gonna hurt so bad!!". After they pull your teeth out, you'll be bleeding real bad, but it wont hurt afterwards. Trust me, you'll be happy that its over with. You might get some pain in your head, but just take some idoprophin or something to ease the pain. The bleeding will stop probably in an hour or two, but I suggest you dont eat solid food till a couple days after. I hope I helped, and theres nothing to be afraid of. It'll all be over soon. a guy i keep hooking up with never calls me when he says he will, he calls like every night for 2-3 nights after we hook up but after that he just seems to forget about me & doesn't call back, even though he said he would. do i have a right to be mad at him? what should i do about it?

First of all, why are you putting this in the pets column? Lol, since i saw this question and started answering it, I will finish the rest of this question. Just because a guy doesnt call you doesnt mean he doesnt care about you. Maybe you should start calling him instead of him calling you. I mean, maybe hes busy with sports and stuff and maybe it just slips his mind. I mean, if you consider yourself a "i-dont-dial-digits-my-friends-dial-the-digits-so-i-dont-call-peeps-they-call-me" kinda person, then just call him for god's sake? I mean, theres a first time for everything, right? Lol. So no need to be mad at him. But if you are, just talk it over with him and ask him why he's been forgetting. Hope I helped.
