Q: Isn't annoying when people type in run-on sentences and don't punctuate? It makes the question/statement difficult to understand and read. I can understand when people sometimes misspell words; but I hate when people don't even attempt at making themselves seem somewhat intelligent. It is bothersome when people type a response or question like its a text message. No, I'm not an English teacher if you're wondering. I am a sixteen year old female that is in high school.

You're my soulmate. No really, for a second I had to think about whether I typed this or not.

1. Does it work on cell phones?
2. Do you have to have answered the call for it to work?
3. How much does it cost (I live in CA if that helps)?

You can't usea myspace layout on a different side. The tables don't line up. But you can change your background to anything you want. When you find a background that you like, copy the URL, then go to Profile Settings and paste the URL in the Background Image section.

Q: hey, i'm planning to get my nose pierced in a year or something and i was just wondering...

-how long do you have to keep the stud in?
-after you can take it off, will the hole close if you don't put one on for like a week?
-is the hole visible when you're not wearing a stud?

I just got mine done 2 weeks ago. You need to keep the stud in majority of the time. If you take it out for more than 20 minutes, a scab forms, and you have to scratch it out before the nose ring will go back in. You can change the stud after a few months. The hole isn't that big, so it isn't super obvious when the stud isn't in. It just looks like a scratch or something. It isn't hard to take care of.

There are Level 1 Moderators on this site that have the power to rate questions 1, 2, or 3. When a question has 5 or more votes, with an overall rating of 1, it is automatically deleted. Also Level 2 and 3 Moderators can delete your question on the spot. My guess is the first one. Moderators rate how they feel they should rate. Sometimes questions get deleted when they don't necessarily need to be.

Q: Ok soo I have really frizzy, poufy hair that I hate, so I recently bought a Chi. I really like my hair straight, but the only problem is that my Chi makes my hair really, really flat. It pretty much just sucks the volume out of my hair. I was just wondering if anyone knew how I can get my hair straight but keep some volume?

I have the same problem. So I started using Garnier Fructis volume inject mousse. It helps my hair. But there is also Paul Mitchell products designed for just that, in case the cheap stuff doesn't work for you.

Q: Alright, well, I've never been kissed ( and I'm 15 ).

So I mean, I've been asked by guys ( which I find funny in some weird way and then just put it off ) because I guess I don't want my first kiss to be that way, and tonight I was asked again, and of course, me being me, I said no. I was in the same situation. I was also 15. But I had a boyfriend that I cared about deeply. He and I had been dating over a year before we had our first kiss, because I, like you wanted it to be special. And it was. So don't give up your first kiss just to get it over with. Keep your standards high and your first kiss will be more special than you can imagine.

Q: Theres a formal on for my church group on the 16th of december and there are so many great people going and I know that I will have soooooo much fun but its also on the same day as one of my close friend's birthday. And they're on the same time. I really want to go to the formal but I don't want to break it to my friend. I secretly know I'll have way more fun at the formal!!!! What also is an awesome to get her? Please help, it will be greatly appreciated.

If I were you, I would tell her how I felt about formal, and that I really wanted to go. Arrange a lunch date or something on her birthday, or around it, and have a get together for just the two of you. About gifts, I have no idea. I usually give gifts from my heart, like a framed poem on pretty paper. Hope I helped and I hope your friend isn't disappointed.

Q: I've noticed in this past month or so that I get dizzy frequently for no reason. I usually take Tylenol to help, but it doesn't necessarily feel like a headache. I am on Accutane and have been since July; however, my doctor just put me on 40mg a day about a month ago (I had been on 20 mg a day from July-October). Could this be what is making me dizzy?

It could have something to do with the dosage. I would suggest calling the doctor and asking. If they say that it couldn't be what is causing it, you need to go back to the doctor. Good luck.

It is the guy's job to make a move. Don't seem too available, but also try to flirt just a little bit. Maybe provoke him a little bit. Like, "accidentally" touch his hand just a tiny bit. Go with the flow. Good luck.

Q: a couple of my friends lied straight to my face last night. i can't explain the whole situation, but they could have told me the truth - they didn't have to lie about it. i don't want to talk to them about it because they make me feel like _ _ _ _ when i try to tell them my feelings and they always go and talk about me and tell the others what i said afterward. what should i do?

I doubt it's what you want to hear, but you need new friends. No one deserves to be stabbed in the back by their "friends". It just isn't fair to you. I urge you to think about it before you make a decision, but if they don't care that they are hurting your feelings, they aren't much of friends.

my guidance councelors make a big deal out of at least 2 years of a foreign language in HS. i took spanish 1 and did well but last year i took spanish 2 for a little but i had to drop it because i absolutely couldnt do it, my teacher is an idiot ... my question is if you have not completed 2 or more years of foreign language does the college require you to take it ? i really dont wanna take it ... i think its such a waste of time & i dont wanna do it at all

It depends a lot on the college. Some colleges require you to have a foreign language and some don't. Also, it depends on what study you are going into. Try to search online and look at the college requirements for where you want to go. Good luck.

Well it depends which eye make-up you're talking about. If it's what I use in my default picture, that's easy. Black eye liner, pink blush (not eye shadow), teal eye shadow from Avon, and black mascara. If it's like on myspace, which I'm not sure if you've even seen it, I had my make-up done at Mac. I buy my make-up from WalMart. I use cheap stuff. Also, I use white eye shimmer first to make the eye shadow stick.

It sounds cliche and corny, and it probably isn't what you want to hear. But BE YOURSELF. First off, no one likes a person that is fake and tries to please everyone. Second, if his parents did like you for something that isn't really who you are, you have to pretend to be that thing for the extent of your relationship. Thirdly, it makes it so much easier to not worry about putting on a show for anyone. So be yourself, be respectful, and be interested in them. Do what they ask and don't get distracted when they are talking to you. I hope your weekend and your relationships turn out great!

Q: okay so i had lightish brown hair before. then i died it darkbrown/black in feburary, then died it again in the summer. then my roots started to grow out and i tried dying it back lightish brown. it didnt do anything to my roots. now yesterday i died it againnnn medium brown and my roots are yet again teh same as before. im starting to get really pissed and idn what is going to work on them.

I'm guessing you dye it yourself. The only way I know to fix that is dye your hair again, but this time, start by dying your roots. Leave it in for 5 to 15 minutes (depending on the dye product), then do the rest of your hair and leave it in for the required amount of time.

Give her time. She may not be ready to say that yet. She also may not know that she means it yet. It's hard to know what love really is, and it takes a long time to be sure. She probably just isn't sure yet. Be patient with her.
