the other day in history we were working on a section for Indians. and i think that we , as americans or whites, owe them so much! like land and money! because of everything that we have done! and they have a high suicide and alcaholism rate too! and they are on little crappy reservations! its horrible!!

First off, they aren't Indians, that is an incorrect name given to them by Columbus when he thought he stopped his ship in India. Hence, theres Indians from India and Native Americans were the native American people.
I understand how you weel, but just in what you've written like, "we, as americans or whites" you basically just said that everyone reading this was white or american. You should have said non-native american because america is so diverce.
Other then that I totally understand what you mean. They do have Indian reserves though. I guess you could contribute or help them.

I am so Pro-Life and the "N" word hurts me so much when people say it!! and I am like so oppinionated as it is, but i cannot just sit by and let people say abortion is alright, and/or let them say the "N" word around me! it hurts so much! any tips on what to say? or anyone feel the same??

1st off, If you hear then N word tell people not to use it because it's offensive. That should be stopped and even people who use it know better.
2nd, the pro-life/pro-choice thing, if people are talking about it don't jump in and start fighting them. Your might loose friends that way. If the time is right you can say you don't beleive in that and state what you beleive, but don't like "attack" people with it. If you do, they'll never want to listen to your opinions.

i really am so ready for sex and my bf and i already have it all planned out...the thing is, im not very self-confident when it comes to my body. my legs are slim, which all my friends envy, but i feel so wierd! my hands get clamy ALL the time...is there anything i can do about that? and finally, i am really self-consious about the hair on my body...like on my lower back, a tiny bit around my belly, and 'downstairs'. i dont want to shave these regions, but im just worried about what he'll think...and i dont want to be all high-maintenance about my body, but i dont know what im supposed to do! please help
I have (had) the exact problem. I didn't want to shave it because I had tried it before and it grew back and rubbed my pants. I was looking into getting in lazered off but it hurts and it was really expensive so 2 weeks ago I just got sick of it and I shaved again and put Jergens Naturally smooth shave minimizing moisture which makes it grow back slower and thinner. It works so nicely. I have to re shave like once a week but it's not a big deal.

Okay, so my hairdresser told me an inexpensive trick to get my hair dye out. It is a semi-perminent, but it isn't washing out at all. So, she said to use dish detergent. I've heard this trick before, so I decided to do it. I've only done it once so far and obviously it didn't do anything. That's what I expected. But.. to cut to the chase.. how many times should I repeat the process without damaging my hair into a frizzy poof-ball atop my head?

How bad is this dye? If your hair is ligher then you want, this isn't going to do anything and if it's too dark, it should get lighter. I would use the detergent every other day at most. Make sure you condition. I think after a while of washing it, it will fade also.

I have very curly hair. Not like super tight curls but its verry curly, puffy, and frizzy. What can I do to help keep the frizz down?
I have really curly hair (although I strighten it alot). First off, get it cut well to suit the curls. Have it layered with shorter layers on the top (not too short just a little shorter then the bottom). Then to style it... wash and condition your hair. In the shower while the conditioner is on it, comb it. Rince and get out of the shower. Don't brush your hair again. Squeeze all the water out with a towel (Don't rub!!! that will make it so frizzy!!) Use your fingers to fix it the way you want it. Then take a gel and rub it between your hands and apply it all over. As much as hard curls kinda suck, they hold and look nicer. Use hairspray if you don't care. If you want them to be soft, I would suggest insted of gel using a cream styling product (they are normally white) Let your hair blow dry.

I would say any type of sweater/sweatshirt (zip up)/jacket and I think it should be red, orange, (to match the flames) or black. I woulden't wear white.

I don't exactly pluck my eyebrows at all, but they aren't "bushy". Is there any tips to help me shape my eyebrows? Where do I pluck, and where do I not. I don't want my eyebrows to get too crazy, you know?
Go to a salon and have them waxed. This will give your eye brows a perfect shape and if you pluck often enough, they should keep their shape. Waxing only costs between $10-$15 and it's well worth it. Please don't try shapeing them yourself because even if you did one and liked it, it would be so hard to get the other one to match.

I live in San Francisco and the high school for the deaf puts on shows in sign language. I don't know where you live though but if theres some type of organazation for deaf people near you and they don't do shows you should get them too. The school out here did Beauty and the Beast.

I'm really upset. I just recently tried out for Grease. And I don't think I got in. And I think the only reason why is because the director couldn't read my e-mail address. I think I did good because the man I sang to for my audition said I did excellent. I am wondering should I e-mail the director? She didn't send out all the cast things yet but it's just not fair that she is sending out roles on different days. What should I do?

I don't know who I need to talk to about this. I'm just looking for someone to try and help me make sense of my situation. See, I've always dreamed of being famous. Being an actress or singer and making millions. Being as popular as Britney Spears was and all that. But, the problem is I like in a small town and inside, I know that it is so unlikely I am going to ever have the chance to be famous. I;m in local plays and musicals, but I get small roles. I don't have a good singing voice either. But, every day I dream and think about this. Does everybody want to be famous ? Or do you think i should pursue this dream, that i think about this a lot for a reason? help!
You don't have to have a good voice. Look at Hillary Duff and Ashely Simson. They have ok voices but they are nothing compared to Whitney Houston. They make it on personality and looks.

I am going up to New york to see the Broadway play Wicked in March. I became totally obsessed with the play and I bought the sound track, made a collage of pictures of the cast and the cast in the play. But like a week ago I found out, I am not going to see the original cast. I still want to go see it, But why did they change the cast? Its a brand new broadway play...why?

Ok, I know I answered this a really long time ago, but when I was in New York, I took a dance class with some cast members from Wicked and my friend asked them what happened to Idina Menzel and what happened was, in the scene where Dorthy pours water on her and she melts, Idina went to step in the trapped door and it wasn't there so she fell about 7 stories and ended up just breaking one rib. They stopped the show and she was rushed to the hospital and her standby who was all ready in green makeup filled in for like the last 10 min of the show. Pretty interesting :)

Casts can't stay the same for ever. The original cast was doing it for about a year which is pretty good. The actors get sick of it after a while and go on to other musicals or get offered movies or tv shows.
I heard a rumor....I don't know how true this is.... but that Idina Menzel went down the traped door like she does in every show but someone moved the latter and apparently she fell pretty far and broke a bunch or ribs. Regardless I don't think she would have been doing the show much longer.
As for Kristin Chenoweth, she doesn't last long in any of the shows she does.

well im 16 and started my periods when i was 13 and i havent told my mom yet!! (ive been gettin away with it through usin loadsa toilet paper n stealin pads off her n buyin them at school, if your wonderin). the thing is i cant tell her because shes really mean and honestly does hate me and wants to put me in care - she has told me herself that she only lets me stay here still cause she gets paid in child benefits. she would laugh at me if i told her...how do i tell her that i have started without her laughing?

Don't act like it's a big deal because it really isn't. Just like leave them in the trash in the bathroom and if she wants to say something she will, but say um.. yea i've been getting them for 3 years now and have a like w/e attitude. I think that might be your best bet.

I think you're trying too hard. Plus, if you weren't friends ever then it's a little odd to try talking to her about it. Pretend nothing happened and don't give up just don't try as hard.

I'm going to be a Senior next year, which means I need to start thinking about colleges, majors and such. Even though I've only done 1 play in my life, I was in show choir for one year, and when I was little I was always in chorus in church musicals, I really want to study theatre. When I was little I hated performing, but as I got older, I've just been more interested in the whole acting thing. I've taken an acting class (for television, not for theatre) and even though it was two hours of notes and some acting, I LOVED it. I loved learning the techniques and its something I'm interested in. I'm a shy person when you first get to know me. The second day of class we had to cry in front of the class and I was able to do it, and I loved it. That was probably one of the best moments of my life. The whole class was silent (I was the youngest one. Second to the youngest, was probably a 20 year old), watching me and when I was done, the teacher said I was the best one.
The problem is, is that I'm never in the school plays, or musicals (even though i was in show choir--singing and dancing--musicals aren't my thing, I'm more into acting) because the director picks and already has his favorites and he is so wierd in a freaky way... Anyways, even though I LOVE acting, going to movie sets (I was an extra in a movie) I haven't used my talent at all except for the little things I listed above. If I want to major in theatre, is it bad that I haven't done much yet? If I study it in college, I know that I'll most likely be very active in it (I'm a good liar--which is like acting...so I kind of have a little natural talent). I mainly want to do television/commercial. I've been to plays as well as numerous of movie/tv sets and I think I would love commercial acting better. Is it something I should go for?
I don't think it matters that your not big on musicals because thats the problem i'm having. I want to do musicals and some schools theater programs don't even touch on that so you don't have to worry about that.

Oh goodness, the drama that goes on with the theater people. Theres a huge gang of us at my school and we are all so clicky. I think a lot of it is just based on eachothers talent ex "I don't like her because she isn't talented" or "I don't like her because she is way better then me". I had a person like that, now a friend. The random talking just didn't work but we worked together on a project and all that hanging around doing it brought us together. Hope I helped. Porn is fine once in a while. Try to get yourself to only look at it once every other day. Then once a week. If you can do that you'll be fine. Also I don't know if your single or not but being in a relationship would help.

You should use condoms and go all the way. Also, do different things to spice it up. Go other places, use props or toys, have more forplay, make it more exciting.
