If your thinking your pregnant no you need sex kissing will not make a late period and fingering will not ever so your perfectly fine sometimes it comes late that I for one missed a whole months period thinking if I was pregnant taking a pregnancy test the then finding out I wasn't pregnant so yeah I was like what the hell? But then I got my period the next month so it was fine don't worry until it's like 2 months ok.

Don't think so. It might be just in your head. (not saying you aren't late but now it's a big deal because you have been doing something.)

No it can not cause late periods. The only reason your period should come late is from pregnancy which is only possible through sexual intercourse, or any other activity where sperm comes in direct contact with the vagina. If this did not happen you have nothing to worry about. Your period is only late because you had a change in body weight, you are stressed out, or you just have an irregular period. If you have just recently started your period, it will naturally be irregular for probably at least 6 months.

I don't think those two factors apply to late periods. However, there are other causes such as pregnancy, excessive weight loss/gain, eating disorders, increased exercise, emotional stress, types of medications, and others that result in late periods.

Nope! Late periods are usually caused by: stress, being underweight, being overweight, excessive exercise, medical issues, a change in medication, and a possibility of pregnancy. If you are still concerned or your lady time is still arriving late, please see your doc. :)

TheAnnie answered Tuesday August 19 2014, 7:48 pm:
There are many factors for a period being late. One is obviously pregnancy. That results from vaginal sex. Fingering and kissing does not cause pregnancy. Other reasons for a late period is stress. Often times if you are experiencing stress your periods might be late or you might even get two a month. If this is your first time having a later period (depending on how late it is) it's not too big of a deal. I would suggest calling your doctor and asking if this is of concern.

Anytime your body goes through a big change (after you have already gotten your period for the first time) it can cause late periods. This includes the "love bug" or increase in sexual drive as your hormones are going crazy especially if it is your first time experiencing them. Stress and worry also cause late periods. I would go to a doctor ultimately as no one can diagnose the cause of a late menstrual cycle better than a physician. I myself have endometriosis which means I have cysts on one of my ovaries cause dysmenorrhea (sever pain during my menstruation - TMI?) but there are a lot of factors that can cause late periods is basically what I am saying. And so, yes if it is your first time being sexually active it can even slow the menstruation cycle and move it further. However like I said I would go see a doctor and consider birth control, it not only prevents pregnancy, it regulates your period, reduces acne and balances your hormones. I hope this helped, be safe. Always use a raincoat!

Absolutely not! Things that affect your periods are excessive dieting or being overweight, stress, pregnancy, some illnesses, changes in medications, even changes in your schedule. You should also check you've just not miscalculated. It happens more often than you'd think. Please see a doctor if there is any cause for concern.

GiddyGeezer answered Tuesday August 19 2014, 7:11 am:
Not to the best of my knowledge. If your boyfriend ejaculates and has semen on his fingers before touching your vagina there could be a chance of sperm entering your vagina and making you pregnant. The best thing to do is get an appointment with a OB/GYN and get checked out!Don't be afraid to ask the doctor these questions. He/she needs to know what type of sexual activity you are engaging in so they can help you be better informed.

No. No it cannot.

Based on your age, your period might not be regular yet, or if you make a dramatic change in lifestyle, like picking up a sport, or quitting a sport, that can affect your period... also stress, sleep deprivation... all kinds of things can make it late, but not kissing and fingering.
