take pads, tampons, panty liners, ect. Keep them in a pouch or period kit, locker, ect. I'll talk about the kit later.
I know you may not have access to them now ( mums tend to underestimate the need for a pretty period kit). But you can make do with one made of cloth or toilet paper and a bandage for wing
The toilet paper one is for emergencies and first time only
Take a large amount of toilet paper fold add bandages to the side bamm a crappy pad.
As for kits
Add hand sanitizer in case of discharge stink, sanitary rreasns, ect.
Lotion and pads bring some sort of protection and good scented lotion
Chocolates and many more.

Yeah it happened to my sister she got it in detention x_x lol well I think maybe you can either take tampons/pads to school everyday if you want or if it does happen you can tell a teacher,prefect/moniter,principal or practically anyone who's old enough to help you if one of your friends have there period and should have something ask them and whoever you ask can give you a tampon/pad. Its not necessarily gonna go through your pnats/dress/skirt

Hope I helped

I had a few friends who started their first period at school. It's different for each person. Some people bleed a lot their first period and some don't. I bled quite a bit my first time. I didn't have any sign it was coming, like I didn't have cramps or any discomfort, but some people do.
You'll realize if you start at school, you'll feel it. If that happens, make sure you have pads on you or go to the nurses office and get some. It won't bleed through if you get to it in time to put a pad on.
You'll be fine.

It is super common to have your period at school. Dont worry about leaking through your pants. What i usually do on my period is i wear baggy pants instead of tight jeans or leggings. You should just bring some supplies in somethjng thst looks like a makeup bag and bring it to the bathroom with you. I reccommend changing your pad of tampons after an hour or so. Hope this helps!

The other two advisers have given you good advice. Your period will come when it it is ready but you can be prepared for it to come at a time when it may be inconvenient for you.

You should start to feel the signs that your period is about to make its grand first arrival. You will feel cramping and general discomfort in your lower stomach area. When this starts I would suggest you start wearing a panty liner. This should be sufficient to keep the first few drops of blood from staining and seeping through your clothes. Put in your purse or back pack a full size sanitary napkin to use should you find evidence on the panty liner at school or anywhere else that your period is starting.

There is an old saying about planning. It goes like this; "There are those that fail to plan and those that plan to fail." If you take the proper precautions to guard against what you are fearful of then you have planed to succeed.

This is also something you should be discussing with mom. This is not sex, it is something that effects the proper workings of your reproductive organs. Mom is the best person to ask about what and how to take care of yourself when your period arrives. She can help you choose the proper panty liner and sanitary napkin as well as tell you how they are used. So take my advice and talk to mom. Your period is a normal bodily function of a young lady your age and mom is probably waiting for you to come to her as her mother waited for her to come to her.

It is not uncommon for people to get their period while at school. If this does happen, You can go to the school nurse as they carry extra pads for emergencies. Sometimes in the girls locker room they will also have tampon venders in the bathroom stalls. Please see the nurse and she will be more then happy to give you a pad. Nothing to be embarrassed about as every female gets her period.

You have nothing to worry, your first period is usually light spotting, not a massive waterfall. Relax and just be prepared at all timed, just in case. Ease your mind keep an extra pair of undergarments and pants in your backpack/locker.
Also have pads/tampons with you at all times.
Not a big deal.
