Ok im an 18 year old male. I recently met this 22 year old girl, she is turning 23 in like july or something. Im pretty sure she is into me. My question is, is she too old for me to date?
Just keep the ages in mind because things like marriage or children could come up. I think as long as you're smart about it & you know what you're doing, things will be fine.

So you recently met a woman that is about to turn 23 soon, and that you are pretty sure that she is into you...
Well first off age is nothing but a number... I am sure that in the back of your mind you may think that you are to young for her. Thinking about what experience she may have had via ( sex, relationship, job, clubs etc..)
Now, that can just have your mind running a mile a minute. Sit back relax and enjoy the life. If in fact she is into have fun with it.. Most women dig younger guys not to play with them but to still enjoy the young life and it keeps their and your youth glowing. Nothing wrong with dating don't past it up and most of all don't fast play it instead let go with the flow.
I don't mean spend money on this and that. Be yourself don't act how you think she wants you to act. If like you for who you are not what you may think she would like..
And if it doesnt work out, you can atleast look back and said I took a chance instead of looking back thinking why didn't you

I would like you to remember a very important peice of advice. AGE IS JUST A NUMBER. As long as your comfortable with this woman you have met, and she is comfortable with you, then age shouldn't be a probleme here. As long as the feelings you have for each other are real, that's what you should be focusing on. Because that's the most important thing in this relationship. The key is to maintain the love you too have for each other. [ CueTheLights's advice column | Ask CueTheLights A Question ]

kaleighlashley answered Tuesday March 31 2009, 1:57 pm: when you fall for a girl, it shouldnt matter at all what age she is unless its like a 14 year old with an 80 year old thats just gross.
but love knows no age.
i think if yall are into eachother then go for it.
i wish you guys the best of luck.
hope i helped. [ kaleighlashley's advice column | Ask kaleighlashley A Question ]

I don't think so. I know plenty of girls and guys who prefer dating others who are older, and it's not like a big age difference. What would be worse is if you were like 16 and she was 25 or something like that. Get to know her and see if you like her, just because she's older then you doesn't mean her maturity level is a lot higher then yours. She may be an immature 22 year old or something. Either way you'll never know unless you try it out. Good luck!
mandamoo32 answered Tuesday March 31 2009, 9:03 am: No she is not to old. Just make sure that your goal timeline is hers. IE... make sure if your not ready for kids by the time she is 24 you let her know. Sometimes biological clocks start ticking in women before men. Just be straight forward with her and honest about everything.
GOOD LUCK!! [ mandamoo32's advice column | Ask mandamoo32 A Question ]
