confront her or leave her alone?
so, me and this girl used to be friends, but now we hate eachother. like really badly. And she always fights with me (even now) about the stupidest shit. Well, today, she talked shit behind my back.......and she thought I was doing something similar, but I wasn't.
My question is : what's the best thing to do? Confront or just ignore and leave them alone no matter how upset you are?

I would confront her if she's been spreading lies about you, but if stupid stuff then just ignore her cuz she'll realize that it's not really bothering you anymore and move on to her next victim. But don't confront her in front of lots of people cuz she'll probably just blow-up and make a big scene. Do it as nicely as possible but let her know that you're serious!

you need to confront her and tell her the truth if you dont she'll think she can walk all over you. You just need to confront ehr, not in front of everyone just one on one and you both need to spill about whats going on. the longer you wait the harder it will be to save ur friendship

You could actually do both. Confront and ignore. Try confronting her about it FACE TO FACE not over myspace or aim and just let her know that your over the whole situation and that you just don't care anymore convince her enough to believe your really not stooping down to her level by doing what she's doing. You could say something like "hey what ever happnd the other day I'm over it I don't know if you are but I am and just to let you know I'm not talking shitt behind your back" and then just listen to what she has to say (if she does have something to say)
If not simply walk away .you can start ignoring from that day on.
Atleast you got what you had to say to her out and you were completely mature enough to confront your problem.

If she's speading lies, confront her. Then let people know the truth.
If it's nothing huge, ignore her. She'll get bored of talking to you with no response.

Be so sweet it would make the candy man sick. people will see her as evil and you super good, sometimes you can get what you want with kindness, and its way more fun than stressing out, she will look pretty stupid to people for putting you down when you only say the kindest things about her. and it will drive her insane, which will result in a great big smile on your face. hey life can be great cant it? you have to ignore her. if you confront her its giving her more reason to fight with you. If you just ignore her she will eventually get tired and leave you a lone. She may say you are chicken or baby but thats just immature & you cant let that bother you. You are being the bigger person by leaving the whole situation a lone. & if you ignore it, things will get better. she wont try to start fights about stupid shit. you have to let it go.
