I have gym and I am 13 and dont know who to ask, anyway gym class you know how girls go through theire monthly surprise and I dont know what to do! and i cant miss a class or I have to make it up and do like 40 laps alone!

Unless you're in a swimming class, there's really no excuse to miss class. And even if it is swimming, just use a tampon for class. [ devilspawn_666's advice column | Ask devilspawn_666 A Question ]

I guess just change your pad/tampon if you need before gym class..bring some spray..wear comfy clothes and do what you gota do. the other girls who got their periods already are going through the same exact thing dont worry.
