I use to have Limewire and it made my computer crash from all the viruses it gave me and it's extremely slow, it took me almost 2 hours to download 3 songs. I haven't used ares though. Don't do morpheus either, it gives you viruses.

Ares because Limewire DOES give you viruses. It gave all of my friends that used it viruses. Ares is really fast on searching music and downloading. It didnt give me a viruse yet. =)

i dont like either..try bearshare :] it works great, and you can`t get caught with it. I personally payed for mine though :] just in case

LIMEWIRE it has a much larger selection of music. Less chance of getting viruses as well.

Well, I've never had Limewire, but a lot of my friends did. It gave them a lot of viruses, so I don't suggest downloading that downloader.
I have Ares and it's great! It goes fast, you can find the songs you're looking for and it doesn't give out viruses. I had it for over a year now and I haven't had a problem with it. ♥

But, I have Limewire
&& it's so fast and it doesn't give you so many viruses like a lot of the music sites do!
I would go with that one.

iTunes, cause, well downloading music kinda sucks for your favorite bands - not just for the evil major labels.

i havent tried ares, but limewire is awesome
you dont get spyware or any thing with it, and its very easy to use

i'd say limewire is way easier for an ipod. it has less virus's & everything, even though ares is done too. i guess its in your opinion, but for my computer limewire music is easier to store & easier to find the real versions of songs you need.
