hey i pierced my bellybutton a couple of hours ago and I want to know how to clean it and can I die from this??????? I did it by myself

oh my goshhh why did you do that ? well i mean i guess if you wanted it there then thats why you did it haha . but seriously if you think its infected or something then go to the doctor but if you dont wanna go there putting a little bit of hydrogen-peroxide cant hurt it. but have fun with it !! muahh

i have done this. it gets infected hun. its not a really good idea, kinda late now tho. even though this is upsetting, you have to take it out and clean it very well. it might turn black in a few days, dont worry. just never pierce it by yourself again. get it professionally done, no matter how sure you are that you did it right. there is always a slight chance you didnt. no, you cant die, so dont worry lol. just MAKE SURE you take it out, dont leave it in, clean it EVERYDAY with alcohol and peroxyde, and never pierce it again. do not put the earing back in. let it close up. the only bad thing is sometimes, like it did to me, is it builds a little extra skin around where you pierced it and a professional may have a little trouble piercing it, because they're going to have to pierce through thicker skin. hope this helped!

take it out.
Wash your hands with antibacterial soap.
Wet the piercing with plain water.
Put a few drops of antibacterial soap on the piercing and work them into a lather with a cotton bud.
Try to loosen any crusted discharge and float it off the jewelry and your skin with the cotton bud.
Leave the antibacterial soap on the piercing for two minutes while rotating the jewelry back and forth, allowing the disinfectant to penetrate the piercing.
Rinse with water and air dry thoroughly.
if you think it is infected, visit your docotr immediately.

Idiot. Why would you do that?? Do your parents even know?? Yes, you can die from a belly button peircing if it's infected. I dont know how to clean it but only one thing i can say to you now. If your skin is getting red or sore go to a doctor right away. It can be dangerous and only doctors can help you out. Even though it may be too late by now. Hope all goes well.

Oh my god. Why did you do that? Of course you'll die, if it gets infected! Tell your parents, they'll know what to do. To not make it infected, put in a bowl:
2 tbsp. peanut butter
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. soya sauce
Mix together and rub on infection area. Then put slice of bread ontop and keep it there for 5 minutes and then clean everything off and smother honey on it. good luck, I'll miss you if you die..

Well, its not a good idea but its to late now!
Watch for infection. Any redness, soreness, red streaks coming from it, any crusting that looks to be infection...Tell someone and get to a doctor.
Since you just did it today it will probably be red and sore already. But if this changes in any way...you know what to do.
