my lips are always CHAPPED and DRY and PEELY! I use vaseline, and I try everything, but it doesn't seem to work. Any tips to make them nice and soft?

Exfoliate your lips GENTLY with a toothbrush when you brush your teeth. Then use one of three things, but not TOO MUCH.

Carmex, Burts Bees Chapstick, or Soft Lips Chapstick.

First of all, don't lick your lips because that makes it worse. Try to buy some medicated chapstick, it normally works for me. :)

Carmex is the best thing to use. It works and don't lick your lips or peal. Just use Carmex and it will go away.

If you take a toothbrush and put vasaline on it and rub it agaisnt your lips, then wear Sally Hansens lip treatment gloss, it makes your lips really soft

Blistex works .. but it's kind of a weird toothpaste flavor (kinda gross) but it works really well. If you're a girl, first put on the blistex and then a little light lip gloss.
