I know its not the season for track yet but I've been wondering about this for a month or two... but I'm planning on trying out for the track team this year. I'm kind of out of shape so I was wondering what are some exercises I could do to help me get in shape?

well.
just start jogging every day.
do about 6miles a week.
and when it gets closer to the season &it isnt so slippery and snowy;
do some sprints on the track.
likee 400s, 200s, 100s, & 800s

my lips are always CHAPPED and DRY and PEELY! I use vaseline, and I try everything, but it doesn't seem to work. Any tips to make them nice and soft? (link)
everyone is saying try this pricey stuff, but there is this stuff in AVON thats like $0.99! its amazing. i have it. its like deep therapy or something and its in a white tube and like, it has a little bit of green on the tube too. and its amazing. and its got aloe in it. get that.


Ok, I know this sounds lame, but I think boys don't like me. I haven't had a boyfriend for a bit longer than a year. I even tried asking some guys out and they said no. It just makes me feel like they don't like me. I'm nice, athletic, funny, cool, and all that stuff. I tried being patient, but it's not working. Even the guys I like treat me just like one of their friends. What am I supposed to do? I'll rate HIGH!!!!!!!!! (link)
