f/14....is it normal to get "wet" when your boyfriend makes out with you? a little bit of touching below the neck but not past the stomach?

Yes, it is normal to get "wet" when your boyfriend makes out with you. That means he is turning you on. To protect you and be sure that nothing else happens, I wouldn't let him touch any further down past the neck. Touching any other part of the body past the neck is stimulating and you may end up doing something you may wish you hadn't done. I would keep touching to a minimum.
