CoCorina answered Sunday October 30 2005, 4:57 pm: when you take big hits you'll get light headed sometimes. or since your not used to smoking and you only smoke every so often then ur not used to it. when you start to smoke more then your body will get used to the nicotine more. lulabelle answered Friday October 28 2005, 4:39 pm: you could make up your own super hero. What ever I say here are just suggestions. Use your imagination. Maybe some of these will inspire you. You could be Super Teen and carry a boom box around playing favorite music. Make a cape and with glue write what you want to say on the back of your cape and then sprinkle it with glitter. Or, you could go as you regularly dress to school and when people ask where your costume is you can say, "I'm wearing it". This is how super teen dresses. I did that one year at work. We were all suppose to dress up. I was a sales person. They asked where my costume was and I told them I was in costume, I was a sales person. I told them I don't dress like this at home. You could also be super chocolate and dress all in brown. Buy some cake shoe polish and put it on your face. Make a little hat with aluminum foil. Carry a bag of cholcolates to hand out. How about super chic. Dress up really nice with makeup on and then carry a huge purse with everything in it like makeup, hair dryer, mirrors, brushes etc. Your there in a pinch if anyone has a fashion crisis.
GlassTexan answered Friday October 28 2005, 4:24 pm: I would strongly suggest you keep smoking. This reduces the level of competition for oxygen when you bite the dust.
Don't worry about the dizzy feeling. I'm sure you would feel it even if you didn't smoke. Rapid reduction in brain cells usually leaves one light-headed. I should know.

sizzlinmandolin answered Friday October 28 2005, 3:27 pm: You are getting dizzy because when you smoke less oxygen gets to your brain. That's what smoking does to everyone and that is where the "high" comes from. If it makes you dizzy, you know it's bad for you, and you're not addicted to it then why do you do it? There are so many better ways to deal with stess that are much healthier for you. Whenever I get stressed I exercise...take a little time out of each day and do something that you enjoy. Here are some websites that may help you learn how to better cope with stress.

Alin75 answered Friday October 28 2005, 3:13 pm: yes it is as far as i know. I was a smoker for a few years and at the beginning i always got dizzy. That was one of the reasons i did it back then lol (I was quite young), anyway that went away after a few months.
I will not tell you to stop, choosing to smoke has its risks but i think its up to each individual to weight the pleasure value vs health risks. I do want to say one thing, just so you are aware of it. When i started I also just smoked here and there and I can honestly not say when i got totally addicited, but it crept up on me very suddenly. Quitting was the hardest thing I ever ever tried to do. All I am saying is just be aware that one day you might wake up and NEED to smoke. Oh, and to be fair, i have a friend who has been a social smoker for 20 years and never got addicted... Sry to get off track... I believe you get dizzy because your blood pressure goes up a bit. Ebok answered Friday October 28 2005, 2:56 pm: The tobacco is slowly killing you. Seeing as you don't smoke that often, your dizzy spells are likely your body telling you to stop before you get fully hooked. If you smoke, deal with the consequences and don't complain about it. There are better ways of dealing with stress, like exercise or mass murder. [ Ebok's advice column | Ask Ebok A Question ]
