gaby09 answered Wednesday August 24 2005, 6:44 pm: A CHI! Its the best out of all of them trust me! You can probably buy it from your hairdresser or at Sally's Beauty salon. the actual straightener says Global beauty salon on it in case you need help identifying it. ballerina04 answered Wednesday August 24 2005, 1:01 pm: CHI is one of the best, but it can be on the expensive side, about $100. I personally like my Revlon straightener, it's white with gold plates. I got it at Wal-Mart for around $20. A picture is here, along with a review: [Link](Mouse over link to see full location). All of my friends use it, and we're all happy with the results. After I would blow dry it .. it looks like ive been electcuted. so if this works good on my hair .. it will deffinately on yours. It is pretty expensive. You can go to a place to get it. But I got mine from my hair stylist so check one of your local stores. And if they dont have one than ask your stylist about it. And any Ceramic ones are good. hope i helped <3 [ BecauseYouLivex3's advice column | Ask BecauseYouLivex3 A Question ]
iSpEaKsPaNiSh answered Wednesday August 24 2005, 11:54 am: i have a cheap conair one for like $20 and it works perfectly well for me...but it doesn't make it stick straight or anything. it just makes it straight..if that makes sense. if you are willing to pay more, any beauty shop will have a nice one that will work to make it stick straight. FunnyCide answered Wednesday August 24 2005, 11:52 am: A 1'' CHI flat iron. Best flat iron out there. :-D It heats up in 10 seconds, gets up to 400 degrees. It has ceramic plates so it straightens quickly. If it gets too hot (over 400 degrees) it shuts itself off. You can get them brand new from eBay for between $65-100 and you can buy them from an online company for around $112. I got mine - brand new - from eBay.
Pretty much anything with ceramic plates will do, but CHI holds up the longest. ConAir didn't work for me. If I don't do anything to my hair, it looks like I've been shocked! If the straightener does what it does to my hair (straight!) it will work for you. For sure.
aDrii_bAbiix7Ox answered Wednesday August 24 2005, 11:48 am: BELiEVE ME! the best straightener that i`ve ever used is the "Conair Ceramic Technology" straightener. it heats up in a minute and straightenes your hair pin straight.(for me at least) and my hair is a frizz forest and curls real curly. its about 23.00 or 20.00 and they sell them at wal-mart. it comes with a brush that you attatch to the straightener that supposibly makes it shiny(works for me). Hopefully it works for you.
