I am 115 lbs and 5'5'' i would like to loose 10 lbs as soon as possible without anorexia or bulimia. i hardly have anytime to go to the gym. please give me advice on how to accomplish my goal.

And eat breakfast, because I read on the side of the ceral box, that kids who eat breakfast actually weight less than kids who dont. Try like eating Cheerios or Special K or something like that. Also, its in many diet books so I've heard, that you should just cut the portions of food you eat in half to lose weight quicker. Try eating peanut butter, because it fools your body into thinking it is full. You can also run up your stairs ((if you have any)) for like 5 minutes because cardio really helps your body. Lift cans of food instead of going to the gym if you dont have time, do crunches, and jumping jacks and all that good stuff. staying active is going to help you out alot. good luck!
beachhun101 answered Saturday July 9 2005, 2:14 am: first of all...you dont need to be losing any weight. but since you want to...try doing the normal drink lots of water, eat healthy, but also try to do very very simple excercises while bored at home:do 5 mins of jogging in place before you go to bed or do 20 jumping jacks...just start doing simple things and youll hopefully notice results! hope you reach your goal! If you really want to, which I dont suggest, then you can eat several small portioned meals per day and try not to exceed 2,000 calories. I myself am trying to lose sounds weight and ive found that doing at least 100 crunches daily and jogging about 2 miles each day helps a ton. Try to stay away from soda and anything high in sugar. Low fat iced tea is good, but water is always best. I hope i helped, let me know how it turns out. If you dont end up losing anything, dont sweat it, you sound very healthy to me. good luck!

You really dont want to loose 10 pounds because then people will think that you aren't eating or something (even if you are) and you dont want to look like a stick you want to look healthy truse me 115 pounds is perfect and if you think ur fat than ur crazy! *Eat Smaller portions of your meals
*dont eat unhealthy snacks or desserts
*stay active and do as many pushups and sit ups you can do in a day
*stay away from sodas,chips, choclate,ice cream, and cookies for a while

Say, have an apple and a piece of cheese, two houRs lateR have a few cRakeRs, and an houR lateR have one piece of wheat toast, and so on and so foRth, ya know??? Little intakes of food like that givs youR body time to digest it pRopeRly. You see how that's betteR than eating one oR two huge meals a day... because it takes too long to catch up, and it can not buRn the caloRies quick enough, and then just quits, adding body fat.
