xHC0Barbi3x answered Saturday July 2 2005, 5:09 pm: ♥ try MAC it is deffinetely the best. a Little expensive though. Also you could get a waterproof eyeliner so it wont smudge as much. Try not to put so much on..the less you put on the less it will smudge. ♥ , LAUREN X0X0 [ xHC0Barbi3x's advice column | Ask xHC0Barbi3x A Question ]

MELiixMARiiE answered Saturday July 2 2005, 12:42 am: Well the stuff I use seems pretty good ; it's called JANE. Every now and then it smudges, but if it does, I just wipe it off.. and it always still looks like it's on, so you don't really ever need to re-apply it. Just makes sure you have a friend or a mirror or something to tell you whenever it DOES smudge haha.. or you could try waterproof, cause then it'd just stay on like even if you sweat and cry and stuff haha =) Hope I helped!!
Siren_Cytherea answered Friday July 1 2005, 2:36 am: I strongly reccomend Clinique Quickliner. It's a little on the expensive side, but it's seriously waterproof and cry-proof.
(Trust me, if I didn't have black cheeks after four and a half hours wearing that eyeliner, it's cry-proof.)
MAC also has good makeup, and I think it's a little cheaper. I've never tried their pencil liner, though. Just thought I'd mention them.
Hope this helps!

kandy15 answered Thursday June 30 2005, 6:35 pm: well, if you dont want those black racoon looking eyes what i do is use an eyeliner that is a liquid. that way where you put it is where it will stay. it takes a few tries and a steady hand but to make it easier im going to give you a little tip: start at the outer corners and work your way in. if it smudges, no prob, just use a wet que-tip to remove any unwanted eyeliner. and dont blink for a good thirty seconds, give the eyeliner time to dry. give me some feedback to let me know how it goes. Erinn_the_bamf answered Thursday June 30 2005, 6:13 pm: I'm sorry but most eyeliners do smudge. There's nothing you can really do to stop it. However, you can try buying a water-proof eyeliner. They usually don't smudge too much. I hope I helped! ♥ good luck [ Erinn_the_bamf's advice column | Ask Erinn_the_bamf A Question ]

Mackenzie answered Thursday June 30 2005, 5:19 pm: I think the two best bRands of eyelineR out theRe aRe "MeRyl NoRman" and "Beautique". "MeRyl NoRman", which can only be puRchased at "The MeRyl NoRman Cosmetic Studios", is pRicey [typically $8.50 - $17.00], but it REALLY IS good stuff. It goes on wondeRfully, and stays on all day!!! On the otheR hand... I happen to think that "Beautique" is INCREDIBLE, howeveR, I've ONLY seen "Beautique" at "Sally's". And "Beautique" is only .99 cents. TRUST ME.. I would NEVER EVER EVER buy cRap make up!!! I get only the best, so please, please, please, please DON'T let this dollaR pRice thRow you off - you'd be cheating youRself out of the best pRoduct out theRe!! I'd PREFER "Beautique" out of ANY otheR bRand of eyelineR!! I could easily go out and buy a $15.00 pencil, but I'd RATHER get "Beautique"! "Beautique" glides on smoothly and REALLY LASTS ALLLLL DAY!!! I CAN NOT pRomote this item enough!! And if you still have doubts... foR only .99 cents.. it's woRth a shot!! Goodluck!! Feel fRee to come back to me if you eveR need moRe suggestions. Hope I helped!! =D [ Mackenzie's advice column | Ask Mackenzie A Question ]
