Jojoman answered Tuesday June 7 2005, 5:53 pm: You need to become a hooker, yes I know it sounds crazy but after your faced with hard problems like "Jenny said ___________" you might laugh and say "well atleast I have had sex before", and not cry. Lights_Fade_Out answered Tuesday June 7 2005, 7:58 am: If you're having problems with depression you could always write it out. Get a journal or book of some sort and just write what's going on down on paper. It makes it easier. Also, read a lot. Books are like a vacation from the ordinary. If that dosent work, try blasting some music in your bedroom or something. Its bound to help. =D
redderthentomatoes answered Monday June 6 2005, 9:07 pm: i guess you probably have depression, unless your just really overwhelmed by things at school right now. I had really bad depression too, and i dealt with it in a really bad way before i finally got help. When my parents sent me to a teenager psycologist i fought them as much as i could. But now that im on medication everything is so much better then it was before. Its a disease, and it NEEDS treatment, or it will just get worse on its own. Its not really that anything specifically can be WRONG with your life, its caused by a chemical imbalance in the brain. It can start at any time and age. Sometimes, its triggered by a tramautic event/time in your life. Sometimes its triggered by nothing at all. Talk to your parents about it, or your school counserlor. I know that sounds so embarrassing or awkward, but your not going to get better alone. You need help. Dont be ashamed, and your not alone. Millions of people just like you have the same problem. :-) [ redderthentomatoes's advice column | Ask redderthentomatoes A Question ]

calamityz answered Monday June 6 2005, 5:06 pm: When did this start? Can you pin point any major event (or even something small) that may have sparked this? If it is not something specific and you just randomly started crying for days then you may have depression. If it was en event then if may have brought on your depression. Since you have been rather vauge it is hard to say if you are "just sad" or if it is something more. Either way, you should probably go to a therapist just to tell her how you are feeling, becuase just speaking about it can really help. A therapist may refer you to a psychiatrist who can give you medication, should you have depression. But realize that medication alone will not help you, especially if you have been through a traumatic event. Talking about it and finding a solution ro your problems is the best way to figure out what is truly worng, and help you live your life, not cry through it. sunkitten27 answered Monday June 6 2005, 3:58 pm: you are most likely depressed. its okay to be sad! just i would tell you mom or dad. you could take meds for it! or get someone to help you. and remember its ok to feel sad or mad its normal! and that one kid is just a looser you are not a cry baby!!! he is a real looser and any one else that says that is a looser freak to! they just are to insecure to realise the truth! they are most likely sad, mad or sacard in side so they hide their feelings instead of working them out!

p.s. there is nothing wrong with you!!!

Sorry hun I wish thinngs were better for you!
CrzyLatinaChc answered Monday June 6 2005, 10:50 am: I think what your doing is trying to get the bad out just by crying. Instead of just crying to get your anger or sorrow out try playing a sport. Throwing a baseball around really helps me and i just chunk it when im really angry. I dunno. I hope my advice helps you.
sshelbyy answered Monday June 6 2005, 10:14 am: aaw i cry all the time too. Crying really helps you let out your problems even if you dont know what they are. I think you need to go out and do something fun with friends and don teven think about anything, just go have fun. Watch a funny tvshow or make up a crazy dance and film yourself. Try to think of ways to brighten your day and make you happy. Im sorry you cry all the time and I hoope you get happier! :D [ sshelbyy's advice column | Ask sshelbyy A Question ]
Vexxia answered Monday June 6 2005, 5:03 am: It sounds like depression or anxiety. Because I don't know your situation or about who you are it is difficult to say exactly. I would say though, that you should go get an evaluation to see whether it is mental or chemical.. it could just be that you are a naturally sensitive person which drugs could change or you have something that is bothering you subconciously. I'm not a big fan of drugs myself, whatever it is you should try to do it without a perscription first, but it is always an option as a last resort.. hope that helps.. and like someone else said, these things do affect a lot of people so don't feel alone or weird. Mandalove answered Monday June 6 2005, 3:43 am: You may have an anxiety disorder, if it continues and you just keep breaking down, ask your mom to take you, or where you, yourself, could go to see a doctor for it. It is an actual condition that affects a lot of people. Good luck. [ Mandalove's advice column | Ask Mandalove A Question ]
poa answered Monday June 6 2005, 3:30 am: Well, I think you may just be a little too pessimistic. Maybe if you get out a bit more and try to look at things in a different light you can just ease out of it. When I was quite depressed about things I started trying to pick up hobbies and other things, maybe get a musical instrument and let your emotion surge through that. Or try and find a respectable organization or religion. [ poa's advice column | Ask poa A Question ]
